COKE® ZERO SUGAR EA SPORTS™ COLLEGE FOOTBALL 25 ULTIMATE TEAM™ PACK OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility: The Coke Zero Sugar EA SPORTS™ College Football 25 Ultimate Team™ Pack Offer (the “Offer”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older as of date of submission (the “Participant”). Each Participant must also have a Coca‑Cola account and EA account (both defined below) at the time of participation. Employees of The Coca‑Cola Company (the “Sponsor”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), Electronic Arts, Inc. and their respective subsidiaries, parent, divisions, promotional partners, agencies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Offer Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate. This Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes participant’s (and their parent/legal guardian if a minor) full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Offer Period: The Offer begins at 10:00 am ET on August 22, 2024 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on December 1, 2024 (“Offer Period”).

3. How to Participate/Submit Claim: During the Offer Period, visit coca-cola.com/us/en/offerings/fan-work/ea-sports (the “Website”). Follow the links and instructions to log into or create a Coca‑Cola Website account (“Account”). Scan the UPC on any Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar product, then follow the instructions to complete all requested information required and click submit (the “Claim”). In order to successfully submit a Claim, all users must have, and be logged into, a valid Account. If a user does not have a valid Account, they will be prompted to create one while submitting a Claim. After submitting a Claim, follow the links to the EA Sports Dashboard and follow instructions to log into or create an EA account (“EA Account”) to unlock the Reward (defined below). Claims are subject to verification. Purchases must be made during the Offer Period. Participants must submit their Claims between 10:00 am ET on August 22, 2024 and 11:59 pm ET on December 6, 2024 (“Claim Period”).

4. The Offer: Participants who submit valid Claims during the Claim Period will receive one (1) EA SPORTS™ College Football Ultimate Team™ Pack, while supplies last (“Ultimate Team™” or “Reward”). Each Reward includes choice of one (1) of five (5) player items with minimum overall rating (“OVR”) of 80. Reward will be sent to and can be accessed through participant’s Ultimate Team™ account. Internet connection, EA Account, EA SPORTS™ College Football 25 (ESRB: E for Everyone) (“Game”), and compatible PlayStation or Xbox console (sold separately) required to use Reward. Applicable platform account and/or subscription (e.g. Xbox Live Gold Membership) may be required to use Reward. Participants can visit www.ea.com and create an EA Account (if they do not have one already). EA Account registration requires agreement to EA’s User Agreement and Privacy & Cookie Policy. Conditions and restrictions apply to your use of EA SPORTS™ College Football 25; see ea.com/legal. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a Reward. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Reward with an item/reward of equal or greater retail value. There will be a total of five (5) different Reward releases, each on a different date (“Drop” or “Drops”).

Each Reward has an Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $5. The total ARV for collecting (5) total Rewards is $25. There is a limit of one (1) Reward per person/email address per Drop. Limit of five (5) Rewards per person/email address total throughout the Offer Period. After Claim verification is complete and Claim is deemed eligible, Reward will be provided to the EA Account provided at time of Claim. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to participate in the Offer is prohibited. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated limit/number of Rewards by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such Offer redemptions. Normal Internet access and usage/data charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply. Redeemed Offer will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of Claim redemption. "Authorized account holder" of an e-mail address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, Online Service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting a Claim, the Claim will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose email address the EA Account is registered to. Offer redemptions generated by script or bot are not eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for any Claims that are returned as undeliverable or for inaccurate, delayed, garbled, mutilated, late, lost or misdirected registration information, Claims, or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic.

In-game content is available as long as online services for the Game are available. Important information on the EA online features, including availability, can be found at ea.com/service-updates.

5. General Terms: By participating in this Offer, Participants (and their parent/legal guardian if a minor) agree: [a] to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and decisions of Sponsor which shall be final in all respects relating to the Offer, including without limitation the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions; [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless the Released Offer Parties from any and all injuries, liability, losses, damages, rights, Claims and actions of any kind including liability for personal injury or death resulting from their participation in the Offer or their acceptance, use or misuse of a Reward; and [c] if a Reward recipient, to the use of his/her name, voice, image and/or likenesses for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor and Sponsor's subsidiaries and affiliates without further compensation (unless prohibited by law) and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. The Released Offer Parties are not responsible and shall not be liable for [a] electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction; [b] technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions; and [c] limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site/app/EA Account or any combination thereof. Sponsor and/or Released Offer Parties are not responsible for incomplete, not received, misdirected Claims or any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Offer to be disrupted or corrupted. If, for any reason whatsoever, this Offer, in Sponsor's sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of equipment tampering, fraud, or any other cause which, in the Sponsor's sole judgment, corrupts or affects the security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Offer and terminate awarding of Rewards but all Rewards claimed properly prior to cancellation will be awarded. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted at coca-cola.com/us/en/legal/fanwork-ea-sports.   

Sponsor may prohibit a Participant from participating in the Offer or receiving a Reward if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Offer by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Participants, Sponsor, or Released Offer Parties. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE OFFER MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TOTHE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

6. General Terms: In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in this Offer, the Official Terms and Conditions shall prevail, govern and control. Invalid, multiple requests, or requests from clubs or organizations will not be returned or honored. Sponsor is not responsible for inaccurate, delayed, garbled, or misdirected Claims, or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic.
