Coca‑Cola® Orange Cream Sweepstakes

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN.

 

1.     Eligibility: The Coca‑Cola Orange Cream Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Each eligible entrant will be referred to herein as an (“Entrant”). Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and non-employee workers of The Coca‑Cola Company (the “Sponsor”), Coca‑Cola bottlers, Promotion Execution Partners, LLC (“Administrator” ) and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Promotion (collectively, the “Released Promotion Parties”) and their immediate family (defined for the purposes of these Official Rules as: spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three [3] months out of the year) of each such individuals are not eligible. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s (full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. 

 

2.     Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on March 17, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on June 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). During the Promotion Period, there will be twenty-one thousand (21,000) Prizes available on a first come, first served basis, while supplies last (“Early Bird Prizes”). Quantities of the Early Bird Prizes are limited. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

 

3.     How to Enter: There are two ways to attempt to enter the Promotion for a Sweepstakes Prize as outlined below. For the Early Bird Prizes, you must enter via Website:

Via Website: To enter via the Website (“Website”), you must possess a web-enabled mobile device as of March 16, 2025. During the Promotion Period, you can find the Website via the digital banners, social ads or visit the Website directly click here on your web-enabled mobile device. On the Website, you will be automatically prompted to play the game on the screen (“Game Play"). Upon completion of Game Play, results in the form of a percentage will be displayed. If results display 20% and above, you will be required to login or create a Coca‑Cola account (“Account”). Once you login to your Account, you will receive one (1) (“Online Entry") into the Sweepstakes Prize drawing. In addition, if you are one of the first twenty-one thousand (21,000) Entrants to have a score that displays 20% or more, you will receive an Early Bird Prize, subject to verification of eligibility. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more Early Bird Prizes than the number of prizes specified within these Official Rules, and as described below. If results display 19% or lower, you will not receive an Online Entry or Early Bird Prize. All results are subject to verification.

Mail-in Entry: To enter for a Sweepstakes Prize only without Website/Game Play or if you have not earned an Online Entry, hand print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), phone number and a valid email address on a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper. Mail in a hand-addressed, business-size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed, to: Coca‑Cola Orange Cream Sweepstakes, 302 W 3rd Street, Suite 900 Cincinnati, OH 45202 (“Mail-in Entry”). All Mailed Entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2025 and received by July 8, 2025. Entries via Mailed-in Entry are not eligible for the Early Bird Prizes.

Online Entries and Mail-in Entries will be collectively referred to as (“Entry” or “Entries”). Limit one (1) Entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of Entry. Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than one (1) Entry by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Entry and that Entrant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being authorized Account holders of the email address associated with the Entry. Message and data rates apply to use of mobile device. You may be charged by your wireless carrier for participating via mobile device. It is therefore recommended that you consult your wireless carrier's pricing plan BEFORE participating via mobile device. Not all mobile devices offer wireless Internet access; and wireless Internet access may not be available in all areas.

 

4.     Verification: ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE MESSAGING OR THE SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD SO INDICATE OR EVEN IF ENTRANT RECEIVES AN EMAIL MESSAGE SAYING HE OR SHE WON, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY, AND THE POTENTIAL WINNER HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY REGISTRATION THAT OCCURS AFTER SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE ENTRY, IS VOID, AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.

 

5.    Determination of Winners/Random Drawing/Odds/Notification/Prize Award:

a. Early Bird Prizes: The first twenty-one thousand (21,000) eligible Entrants who complete a registration will be determined an Early Bird Prize winner. Determinations will be made by Sponsor in their sole discretion. Odds of being a winner of the Early Bird Prize depends upon whether the Entrant hits the 20% threshold during Game Play, the time an Entrant logs in to their Account, and the total number of registrations received (up to 21,000). Sponsor’s decisions are final on all matters relating to the winner determination. Early Bird Prize winners will be sent their prizes via email once they are determined as a winner.  Return of any Early Bird Prize as undeliverable will result in disqualification and may be awarded to the next alternate Entrant.

b. Sweepstakes Prizes: The Administrator will conduct a random drawing on or around July 9, 2025 from among all Sweepstakes Entries received to randomly select one hundred and twenty-two (122) potential Sweepstakes winners (exact prize will be randomly selected). Odds of winning a Sweepstakes Prize depend upon the total number of Sweepstakes Entries received. Administrator will reach out via email and potential winners will be required to provide a mailing address within three (3) days of notification attempt in order to be confirmed as a Sweepstakes Prize winner or prize will be forfeited and an alternate may be selected. Sweepstakes Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 6 - 8 weeks after winner verification. Return of any prize as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate may be selected.

Once it is confirmed that the prize has been delivered to the winner’s provided address, the Sponsor is no longer responsible for the security of the prize and will be unable to replace the prize in the event it is stolen/damaged. Any unclaimed Prizes will be not be awarded. No substitution, exchange or transfer of prize by any winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component for one of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Re-sale of any prize is prohibited.

 

6.    Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV’s”):

Early Bird Prizes (21,000): A Walmart gift card for one 20oz bottle of Coke Orange Cream or a 20oz bottle of Coke Zero Sugar Orange Cream. ARV $2.49 each.

Sweepstakes Prizes (122 total): There will be fifty (50) Sponsor-specified Brand Boxes (ARV: $150 each) and seventy-two (72) Sponsor-specified hats (ARV: $20each) randomly awarded.

The total ARV of all Prizes is $61,230. Limit one (1) Early Bird Prize and one (1) Sweepstakes Prize per Entrant. Gift card Terms and Conditions Apply.

 

7.    Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes Entrant’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use Entrant’s name, statement, prize information, likeness, city and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration.

 

8.    General Conditions:  Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for registration. Registration become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. No information regarding registration, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules or on the Website, will be disclosed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected registrations; or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site/device, or undermine the legitimate operations of the Promotion, is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such Entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such Entrant from the Promotion. In the event the Promotion is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper registration of the Promotion. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but, not limited to, fraud, technical failures, regularly-scheduled maintenance, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest, virus or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Promotion to address the impairment, then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) cancel the Promotion and award the  Early Bird Prizes claimed prior to cancellation and award the Sweepstakes Prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received up to the time of impairment and all eligible Mail-in Entries received. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. By participating in this Promotion, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the registration process or the operation of the Promotion or the Website or any website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. By participation in the Promotion, Entrants and winners release and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties, from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize.

 

9.    Fraudulent/Disruptive Activities: Any attempt to tamper with, interfere with, or manipulate the entry process, the operation of the Promotion or Website or any site or the prize determination/random drawing, including, but not limited to, the use of AI, bots, automated systems, or fraudulent identities, is strictly prohibited. Entries generated by AI, script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, will be disqualified and may result in the Entrant being disqualified and banned from future promotions conducted by Sponsor and its affiliates. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in this prohibited conduct, including but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, submitting false information, or engaging in any activity that violates these Official Rules. Any such actions may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to not only disqualify such individual but seek damages from such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, any Entrant that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person will be disqualified. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.

 

10.    Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (a) he/she releases and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from and all any and all claims (“Claims”); (b) Claims arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Atlanta, GA; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Georgia for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all Claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than $100, including costs associated with participating in this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Promotion Parties in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Georgia, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

 

11.    Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Promotion may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Promotion in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy posted here. The Entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of his/her personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Promotion.
