COKE STUDIO 2024 SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The Coke Studio 2024 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of 50 US, DC (“U.S.”) and Canada (collectively, “Eligibility Area”), who are 13 years of age or older as of date of entry, must be 18 years of age or older for select prizes; see section 4 for details (“Entrant”). Minors must have parental or legal guardian permission to enter. Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Employees of The Coca‑Cola Company (the “Sponsor”), Coca‑Cola Ltd., Coca‑Cola bottlers, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), Live Nation Worldwide, Inc., Live Nation Canada, Inc. (collectively “Live Nation”); C3 Presents, LLC and its landlords or licensors (related to the Lollapalooza), if any, Caring & Daring, LLC, Lollapalooza, LLC, Chicago Park District, the City of Chicago (collectively “Lollapalooza”); C3 Presents, LLC and its landlords or licensors (related to the Austin City Limits Festival), if any, Capital of Texas Public Telecommunications Council, Inc., Austin Parks Foundation, the City of Austin (collectively “Austin City Limits”); Gestion Evenko Festival Inc. and its affiliated companies which include Evenko G.P., and L’Aréna des Canadiens Inc. (collectively “Osheaga”);  Grey Midwest, and Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc. and their respective subsidiaries, parent, divisions, franchisees, promotional partners, agencies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released  Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s (and their parent/legal guardian if a minor) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.

2. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 3, 2024 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on October 31, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes consists of five (5) non-consecutive entry periods (collectively, “Entry Periods”, singularly, each an “Entry Period”) as outlined below.

3. How to Enter: If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian must consent to you entering this Sweepstakes prior to Entry. There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants residing in the U.S. must visit https://cokeurl.com/studiousapromo  (“U.S. Website”) and Entrants residing in Canada must visit https://cokeurl.com/studiocaenpromo (“Canada Website”) (collectively, referred to herein as “Website”) to login or create an account. Once logged in, Entrants will have the opportunity to click on a prize tile to receive their entry (“Entry”) to the prize they wish to be entered for, for the applicable Entry Period. Limit one (1) Entry per Entrant per day. Entrants are only eligible for the applicable prizes/drawings based on their age and the country in which they reside. By way of example only, Entrants residing in the U.S. must use the U.S. Website to enter the Sweepstakes, and Entrants residents of Canada must use the Canadian Website to enter. In the event it is determined that an Entrant attempted to enter the Sweepstakes using the Website for the country they do not reside in, that Entrant will be disqualified and not be eligible to win a prize. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar Entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, Sweepstakes Entry services) will void all Entries by that Entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.

4. Prizes/Country & Age Eligibility/Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): Please note, some prizes are available to all Entrants, some will only be available to U.S. residents and some will only be available to Canadian residents (as broken out in the chart below).

Lollapalooza, Osheaga and Austin City Limits Music Festival are (collectively “Live Nation Festivals”). 

Live Nation Festivals Terms:

Festival Ticket delivery method is at sole discretion of Live Nation which will be either sent to winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of each Festival under the winner’s name. Winner must be present to pick up Festival tickets and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Will Call. Winner and guest must abide by all venue and Festival policies, to include but not limited to, showing a valid photo ID at venue for age verification and/or identification purposes if requested. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it and/or Festival/venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/venue policy or law, and/or may bring Live Nation into disrepute.  Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during and after the Festival. Resale of Festival tickets is prohibited.  By claiming tickets, you agree to Festival tickets, Tickets Terms of Use found on each Festival site, and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the Festival, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status. Should any of the Live Nation Festival be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

Airline tickets are for travel from major airport in the U.S., for applicable prizes, or Canada, for applicable prizes, nearest winner's home to the destination city. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. All room accommodations are double occupancy. Trips may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Each winner and respective travel companions must travel together on the same itinerary. All travelers must have valid travel documents prior to departure [i.e., REAL ID, passport valid for at least six (6) months after travel is completed, ETIAS travel authorization, VISA or other TSA-approved ID; visit www.tsa.gov for a list of TSA-approved IDs]. Winner is now responsible for obtaining and paying for a Visa, which is required for travel to the EU, along with a valid passport. All travel will be on dates specified by Sponsor; dates of departure and return are subject to change. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. In the event winner lives within a 150-mile radius of any of the destinations, round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided for air transportation portion of Prize. If a Prize winner elects to travel or participate in the prize travel with no travel companions, no additional compensation will be awarded for the travel companion portion of prize. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, airline baggage fees, taxes, tips, entertainment, transfers, and transportation to airport to and from winner’s home residence are the winner's sole responsibility. Winner will be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined in the hotel’s sole discretion upon hotel check-in and all in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals and any other expenses charged to the winner’s hotel room will be charged to that major valid credit card. In the event that the winner or his/her travel companions engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early and/or eject them from any portion of the trip, in whole or in part, and send the winner and his/her travel companions home with no further compensation to winner. In the event any concert or music festival/event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right to offer a prize (or that portion of prize) of equal or greater value.  Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not use ticket/passes on day of event. The following applies to travel companion(s) for each prize:

Lollapalooza, Osheaga, Austin City Limits Music Festival, and Coachella: If winner is a minor, one of his/her travel companions must be his/her parent or legal guardian. If any other travel companion is a minor, his/her parent legal guardian must also be a travel companion and complete the waiver on the minor’s behalf. If winner is 18 years of age or older, his/her travel companions may only be a minor if it is his/her/their child/charge or one of the other travel companions is the parent or legal guardian of a minor travel companion. All travel companions or parent/legal guardian on minor’s behalf must execute a Release of Liability prior to travel. 

Peggy Gou: Travel companions who are not 18 year of age or older must be accompanied on the trip by their parent/legal guardian (either winner or one of winner’s travel companions). All travel companions or parent/legal guardian on minor’s behalf must execute a Release of Liability prior to travel.

If a prize or portion of prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a prize or portion of equal or greater retail value. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Limit of one (1) prize per person. All taxes (if applicable) related to the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners (or their parent/legal guardian if the winner is a minor). If a winner is a U.S. resident, they will receive a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the prize for the year the prize is awarded. 

5. Selection of Winners/Odds: Administrator will randomly select the potential winners on or around the dates outlined in section 2 above from all eligible Entries received for the corresponding prizes for the applicable Entry Period. Drawings will be conducted by the Administrator (at their office in Melville, NY USA), an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received for each drawing’s prize.

6. Winner Notification:  All potential winners will be emailed a Declaration of Eligibility and Release of Liability and a Publicity Release, where legal (“Declaration”) which they (or their parent/legal guardian if they are a minor) will be required to sign and return within two (2) days of notification attempt in order to be confirmed as a winner or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Potential Canadian winners must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by the Administrator as part of the Declaration. If a winner is a minor, their parent or legal guardian must accompany them on any travel or to any event. If a potential winner fails to return the completed Declaration within two (2) days, Declaration is returned as undeliverable, Entrant is deemed to be ineligible, or Entrant does not meet all Entry requirements the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Return of notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Administrator will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries for that prize, up to 3 alternates, time permitting.  If the alternate potential winners are disqualified, the applicable prize will not be awarded. 

7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor and their agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state/province/territory for Sweepstakes, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.

8. Limitations of Liability: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a minor) agree to release and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the Website or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes or the Website; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the Website or the processing of Entries; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable email; (f) any defect in a prize or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes or use the Website or use a prize, or (g) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, the receipt, acceptance, delivery, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. If, for any reason, an Entrant’s Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another Entry in this Sweepstakes (time-permitting), if it is possible in the Sponsor’s or the Administrator’s sole discretion. These Official Rules prevail should there be any conflict or uncertainty relating to the Sweepstakes based on information or advice provided by any of the Released Parties.

9. General Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a minor) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/phone service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for Entry. Entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entrants associated with potential winning Entries may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the email address assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules or on the Website, will be disclosed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Entries; or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site/device, or undermine the legitimate operations of the Sweepstakes, is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such Entrant from the Sweepstakes. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes and select the Prize winners from among all eligible Entries received per country per Entry Period per prize prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. By participation in the Sweepstakes, Entrants and Prize winners (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant/Prize winner is a minor) release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize. 

10. Disputes: Entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a minor) agrees that: (a) he/she releases and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and all any and all Claims (“Claims”); (b) Claims arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Atlanta, GA in the U.S.; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Georgia in the U.S. for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all Claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than USD$100, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Parties in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia in the U.S., without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Georgia, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia in the U.S. FOR QUEBEC RESIDENTS ONLY: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a Sweepstakes may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. 

11. Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Sweepstakes in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy posted at https://coca-cola.ccnag.com/us/en/legal/privacy-policy and https://www.coca-cola.com/ca/en/legal/privacy-policy. The Entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a minor) agrees to the collection, processing and storage of his/her personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Sweepstakes. Canadian residents understand that their information will be transferred to the U.S.

Live Nation, Lollapalooza Festival, Austin City Limits Festival, Osheaga Festival, Grey Midwest, and Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc. are not sponsors of the Sweepstakes and are in no way responsible for the administration of this Sweepstakes, the selection or verification of winners, or the fulfillment of any prize. All inquiries regarding this Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor.
