- 2/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/3 cup maple syrup, melted
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp each ground ginger, allspice, cinnamon
- Your favorite vanilla ice cream
- Whipped Cream
- Gingersnaps
- Sliced almonds, toasted

- On medium-low heat, melt together brown sugar, maple syrup, butter, water, until smooth
- Stir in ginger, allspice and cinnamon
- Cool slightly
