TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COCA-COLA MEGA PROMOTION AUGUST-SEPTEMBER 2023
1. The Promotion:
The Coca‑Cola Mega Promo is an Under the Closure promotion applicable on Coca‑Cola, Sprite & Fanta 1.5L and Sprite & Fanta 500ml. The Promo will start in August and will end in September 28th 2023.
2. Eligibility to Participate
a) Unique codes are printed under some of the closures, upon finding a unique code the consumer can give a missed call on the number given on the pack and participate in a lucky draw to win a car every week, consumer can also redeem a free 500ml drink by giving the closure with code at a nearby store.
b) Missed call will be followed by an automate call, requesting you to record your name, city and age, along with the code found under the closure. Consumer will not be asked to give any details like bank details in the automated call.
c) Participation in this Promotion is prohibited to the assistants, employees, executives, partners and family members of The Coca‑Cola Export Corporation- Pakistan Branch “Company” and Coca‑Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited “Bottler” its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies, and their respective officers, directors, and employees, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizers”.
3. Winner Selection:
Winners for 1800 CC car will be selected via a lucky draw done every week.
Winner will have to show proof of purchase by showing the closure with unique codes and provide copy of CNIC for documentation purposes.

4. Prize
One 1800 CC car every week selected through Lucky draw.
Subject to availability at the retailer, 500 ml free beverage bottle of the available Coca‑Cola, Sprite or Fanta brands.
5. PROMOTION SPECIFIC REGULATIONS
Prize of 1800cc vehicle may be substituted for cash if so, requested by the Winner.
Winners of 1800CC Car who wish to take vehicle instead of cash, the Organizer will book a vehicle in the name of the Winner from the manufacturer. Delivery of Vehicle shall be subject to availability and delivery time provided by the manufacturer.
All taxes related to vehicle or cash in lieu thereof shall be borne by the Winner.
6. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a) By participating in this Promotion, each of the Participants, agrees, confirms and declares, that he has read the Promotion Specific Regulations and these General Terms and Conditions collectively the “Term and Conditions” and that he/she undertakes all of their provisions, and even if he/she has not read the Terms and Conditions, he/she agrees that the Terms and Conditions shall apply to him/her and shall be binding unto him/her for any matter and purpose. Accordingly, Participation in this Promotion is at the Participant's exclusive responsibility. The Participant agrees that Organizers shall not be liable for injury, loss, claims or damage of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with participating in the Promotion, and/or from the acceptance or use/misuse of the prize awarded. Each participant agrees to waive and release the Organizers from the above-mentioned claims and liabilities. This includes, without limitation and to the extent permitted by applicable laws, personal injury, death, fitness for a particular purpose and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
b) The Organizers reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at their absolute discretion and without prior notice due to unusual, unforeseeable events beyond the Organizers ’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation. If any part of the Term and Conditions, are held to be unenforceable or illegal, such illegal or unenforceable part shall be severed from the Terms and Conditions without affecting the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions. In any event of contradiction and/or any discrepancy between the provisions of the Terms and Condition and any other publications regarding the Promotion, excluding an announcement from the Organizers regarding changes to the, the provisions of these Term and Conditions shall prevail for all matters and purposes.
c) Organizers shall not be liable to perform any of its obligations under the Promotion where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control and shall not be liable to compensate the Participant in such circumstances.
d) In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions or the conduct, results, selection of winner and all other matters relating to the Promotion, the Organizers decision shall be final and binding on the Participant and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into nor shall be challenged in any court of law.
e) Each of the Participants hereby agrees and confirms, that his/her participation in and/or winning the prize, may be covered, filmed, photographed, and broadcasted on the media, including television, billboards, printed press, websites, social media and that by his/her very participation in this Promotion, the Participant hereby expresses his/her consent and authorizes Organizers, without any compensation to the publication and/or filming of his/her name, photos and video as part of said coverage and publications, including as part of Company publications and sales promotions on any media including print, social media, television, cable, satellite channels in and outside Pakistan (where not prohibited by written law), and to the use of statements of the Participant as part of the promotion.
f) Prizes are subject to availability. Organizer may at its sole discretion, make winning prize substitutions or cancel the Promotion without prior notice to any person. Any winning prize shall not be exchangeable, transferable or substituted for cash or otherwise except for prize of vehicle which at the option of the winner may be substituted for cash prize equivalent to the price of the vehicle, in all cases, whether in whole or part and the Organizers expressly disclaim any warranties, express or implied in connection with any prizes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. It is a condition of entry that the winner may be required to execute deed of acknowledgement, release and indemnity in a form prescribed by the Organizers and any other document required by the Organizers in their sole discretion.
g) Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any Participant or Winner or reject any entry in such manner as the Organizers deem, without giving notice or reason, and without any liability to the Participant or the Winner.
h) Organizers reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time to terminate or cancel the Promotion, in whole or in part, or modify the Promotion in any way, without liability to any person.
i) Information provided by the Participants or that is obtained by the Organizers under the Promotion may be used by the Organizers in order to review, develop and improve the services they offer.
j) The Organizers accept no responsibility for any tax implication that may arise from acceptance of the prize winnings. All taxes as required by law will be the winners’ responsibility
k) Responsibility for providing a personal detail accurately fully lies with the Participant only, and the Organizers do not and shall not be responsible whatsoever for the veracity and/or accuracy and/or entry of details. Inaccurate/incomplete, late entries will be deemed invalid. Any entry that does not comply with the Terms and Conditions will be invalid.
l) Where the promotion requires the Participant to create and submit content for participating in the promotion, the Participant agrees that the Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or winner, in the event the Company in its sole discretion believes that the any content submitted by the Participant may violate any applicable law or appears to infringe any intellectual property right of any third party or for any other reason as the Company deem fit without giving notice or reason, and without any liability whatsoever.
m) This competition and the terms and conditions shall be governed by laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
