Volkan Öngüç is the Vice President of Coca‑Cola Pakistan & Afghanistan Region. In his role, Volkan is steering the Company’s growth ambition by driving market share and building new partnerships to grow Coca‑Cola’s strong corporate legacy in the region.
Volkan’s professional experience in commercial management, business development, and sales spans over two decades. His expertise in Revenue Growth Management, both in Turkey and internationally, has been a key asset for the Company since he joined it in April 2021.
In 2023, Volkan served as Regional Growth Management Senior Director of Eurasia and Middle East Operation Unit; successfully leading, designing and implementing innovative approaches and plans for better targeting all stakeholders in this market.
Before joining The Coca‑Cola Company, Volkan played a pivotal role in a newly acquired business by leading sales strategy, insight and revenue growth for one of the largest food companies in South Africa from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, he spearheaded the growth management agenda for Lipton across Europe and Africa.
In addition to his professional achievements, Volkan champions new business models and fosters a spirit of entrepreneurship as an angel Investor and mentor with a passion for technological advancement.
