Irene Tan, the Vice President of Human Resources for India & Southwest Asia brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of driving organizational growth through talent acquisition, performance enablement, and employee development.

Her journey with The Coca‑Cola Company began in 2012 in Singapore as a talent sourcing consultant for the Asia Pacific Group. Over the years, Irene's dedication and expertise led her to become the lead talent acquisition partner for Greater China & Korea, where she spearheaded innovative campus recruitment programs, fostering both gender and generational diversity.

In 2015, Irene transitioned to the role of Executive Recruiting Director in Singapore, overseeing numerous executive search mandates across the Asia Pacific region, including the Bottling Investment Group (BIG). In 2020, she was appointed as the Talent & Development (T&D) Director for Asia Pacific where she played a pivotal role as part of the global T&D Leadership team, championing the talent agenda and nurturing a diverse succession pipeline. She successfully launched Learning and Enterprise Capability initiatives in the region, further solidifying her reputation as a transformative leader.

Prior to joining The Coca‑Cola Company, Irene was affiliated with the international executive search firm Spencer Stuart and holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from the National University of Singapore
