Vice President – Business Development and Transformation, Coca‑Cola India & Southwest Asia (INSWA)

Karan Achpal is the Vice President, Business Development and Transformation, Coca‑Cola India & Southwest Asia (INSWA).

With over 15 years at the company, Karan has performed various roles successfully within Operating Units, corporate functions, and bottling operations. Most recently, Karan served as the Chief of Staff to the recent Bottling Investments Group (BIG) President (Murat Ozgel) and has been a member of the BIG senior leadership team since late 2022. During this time, he made significant impact by prioritizing, aligning, and driving key initiatives, thereby enhancing the organization's readiness for growth and its pursuit of becoming a bottler of excellence.

In his previous role as Director of Corporate Development, Karan executed large-scale transactions and other inorganic growth opportunities in Asia. He has been responsible for bringing significant value to the Coca‑Cola system and unlocking substantial growth potential with our independent bottling operations.

Karan embarked on his career journey with the Company as a member of the Finance Team at INSWA.

Outside of work, Karan enjoys traveling with his family, watching sports, and exploring new cuisines.
