These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Eligibility

1. This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Wales & Scotland) only. Employees and their immediate families of Coca Cola Great Britain, Coca Cola Europacific Partners, their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

2. Entrants must be 16 years or over (U18s will need parental consent and may need to be accompanied by an adult to the experience if they are a winner).

6. Maximum 8 entries per person per weekly draw . So, for the avoidance of doubt, for the duration of the 16 weeks, a maximum of 8 x 16 (128) entries in total across the promotional period with each entry linked to the collection of gems in the App Game

8. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates, or aliases will be accepted. Promotional Period

1. This promotion opens at 09:00 21.08.2023 and closes at 09:00 11.12.2023.

There are options to enter up to 16 weekly draws (with auto entry into the Grand Prize Draw) at the times specified in the App and detailed. For the initial week, the draw will close on the Tuesday at 0900 after the Bank Holiday, with the second weeks entries for the second weeks draw starting at 09:01 on the Tuesday after the Bank Holiday. 10. To enter into the prize draws you will need to gather gems available via the online App game. Any entry received during the above times will be entered into that weekly draw if the number of opportunities detailed have not been exceeded.

11. Entries outside of these times and dates will not be valid.

12. A maximum of 8 entries is permitted into each weekly draw (16 weekly draws in total). Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details or setting up multiple accounts or aliases will be disqualified.  A maximum of 1 (one) prize type may be won per person. 

 

How to enter

 

13. For the chance to enter and be automatically entered into the relevant Weekly Prize Draw (with auto-entry into the Grand Prize Draw), scan the QR code on pack, play games to earn Gems, and enter via download Coca‑Cola App from the App Store or Google Play Store.

14. Once the Coca‑Cola App is downloaded, entrants will be required to login or create an account on the App, providing their full name, D.O.B and a valid email address (which is personal and accessible throughout the promotion)

15. In order to enter for the various weekly prize draws you will need to earn gems as indicated in the promotion article. Each prize will detail how many gems are required for entry. Gems can be gained by successfully participating in the games within the Coca‑Cola App.

16. To enter a weekly prize draw you will require 250 Gems

 

How to Play for Gems:

17. To earn Gems, you’ll need to Choose your difficulty level. Then move the goalkeeper from side to side to catch as many balls as you can and keep a clean sheet. You'll need to catch a minimum number of balls to receive Gems, each ball that makes it into the net will subtract from your score. The more balls you catch, the more Gems you earn and the higher your ranking on the leader board will be.

Game reward logic is:

        · 1 easy level - 20 Gems 
        · 1 medium level - 30 gems 
        · 1 hard level - 50 gems 
        · Beating any level perfectly - 50 gems 

18. You will also be awarded bonus Gems if you get a perfect score. The better your skills, the more Gems you’ll earn, which are redeemable for entries into the promotion via the win section of the App.

19. On the close of this promotion any pin Gems will be invalid for use on this and any further promotion.

20. Daily Play Limit: Play and re-concur levels as many times however in total, users can earn up to 500 gems MAX per day and you only have 5 x plays per day where you can earn Gems. You can continue to play games, but no Gems will be available to collect, and your daily play limit will reset at midnight.          

21. Once you’ve accumulated Gems from playing the game, your Gems will automatically be visible in your digital My Points within the App. Your My Points balance is a live count of all the in-App Points you have collected. Your Coca‑Cola App My Points can be found via the bottom navigation in the App. To use your Gems, visit the win section within the App to explore the available prizes. Within the promotional tile, there is an entry button that has to be clicked in order to enter for your chance to win a prize. Once you have successfully entered, you will be automatically entered into the Weekly Prize Draw. Once entered, Gems will be automatically deducted from your My Points, and you will see an onscreen message confirming that you have been entered into a Weekly Prize Draw, and auto-entry into the Grand Prize Draw.

22. Winners will be informed via email within 2 working days of the relevant prize draw taking place that they have won a prize from their respective weekly draw.  All valid entries will have an equal and random chance of winning across the relevant prize draws which will be carried out via an independently verified computer programme process for each of the weekly prizes.

23. Only valid entry information and the correct number of Gems will be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation. Entry information or Gems may not be sold or exchanged.

24. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry/ win.

There is a limit to the number of entries you can enter in any weekly draw,  which is  a maximum of 8 times into each weekly draw throughout the promotion and you will need the correct quantity of Gems to enter the each of the relevant promotional draws.

26. Winners of the football match tickets will not be able to change their match ticket once confirmed, regardless of personal circumstances.

27. A parent/legal guardian must accompany winners aged 18 or younger when participating in the Premier League match prize.

28. No cash or alternative prize available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative or equal or greater value.

29. The Winner and guests are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize. All other costs and expenses incurred from the prize including, but not limited to transport to venue, meals, drinks, merchandise and other gratuities or any other expenses are at the winners’ and their guests’ own cost, unless otherwise expressly stated within the prize details.

30. If the Promoter so elects, the Winners may be required to submit to a confidential background check or to provide suitable information to answer questions to confirm eligibility and help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity for the promotion will not bring Promoter into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavourably on the promotion as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. This will include all relevant football banning orders or related incidents at any football ground as required by the government, the police or relevant law enforcement agencies or the Premier League. Part of this process may also include questions during the claim process and a review of personal information sourced from data available in the public domain. 39. The Promoter is not responsible if any scheduled event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, including but not limited to pandemics, epidemics, local disease outbreaks, public health emergencies, and quarantines and winner will not be reimbursed for tickets.

40. Winner understands and agrees that Promoter has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove a winner or his/her/their guest(s) from any activity at any time if the winner’s or his/her guest’s behaviour at any point is uncooperative, disruptive, or may or does cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of Promoter, and in such a case, the winner will still be solely responsible for all taxes and other expenses related to the prize.

41. Winner and guests will provide all requested information pertaining personal information that will allow tickets for travel, accommodation, and match day tickets to be issued not limited to e.g., passport, date of birth, nationality, covid vaccination status in the format requested .

42. Winner and guests understand accommodation provided will be one (1) shared room of single beds (2)

43. Promoter is not responsible if winner does not use ticket on day of event.

44. Promoter is not liable for any activities independently arranged by winner while at the match location or external excursions personally arranged in the local city.

45. Obtaining visas or tourist cards are the sole responsibility of the Winner and their guests and any cost associated is to be covered by the Winner.

46. Winner and travel companions are solely responsible for obtaining travel insurance, valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel.

47. The Winner and their guests must not have any limitations upon their ability or rights to travel to and from both the football match destination or the departing country. The right to refuse entry to either country is held by Passport control and countries’ authorities. Promoter or Prize Provider accepts no responsibility for ensuring the Winner or their guest are able to travel and are not responsible for any costs incurred should entry be refused by Passport control or the countries authorities.

48. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply.

49. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible to abide by destination countries laws and regulations.

50. Promoter will not be held responsible for any goods or services provided outside of the allocated winning prize.

51. Winner and travel companions are responsible for complying with any COVID-19 requirements set forth by Promoter, airline, hotels/accommodations, event venues or other vendors offering services that are part of the trip prize. Failure to comply with any required COVID-19 requirements, may result in forfeiture of select elements of the prize or the entire prize.

52. Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

53. To the fullest extent permitted by law the promoter excludes any and all liability for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you or any third party arising from your entry into the promotion or arising from your acceptance and use of the Prize.

54. Selecting the winner(s)

56. During the promotion, those consumers who chose to enter the weekly prize draws will be entered based upon the date and time of entry. Entry draws will take place via an independently audited and verified prize draw programme with winners selected at random.  See details of the breakdown of entry periods and corresponding prize draw above.

57. All valid entrants will receive confirmation after entry via an onscreen message. Their ‘raffle ticket’, which is their participation voucher and includes information about when the draw will take place. This can be seen in their profile under ‘my prizes’.

58. Winners only, however, will be sent a confirmation email (using the email address submitted upon entry) to confirm their win (subject to verification) within 2 working days of the relevant draw taking place.

59. For the Grand Draw all valid weekly entries, will be automatically entered into the Grand Prize Draw.

60. The winner will be drawn at random via an independently audited and verified prize draw selection process from all valid entries received against the draw. The winner will be contacted on the same day that the draw takes place by email with details of the next steps and claim process so that the prize trip can be organized and arranged.

Notification and delivery of the prize

61. The winners will have been requested in the email sent to provide additional information within a specified number of working days including their address via a secure link to start the verification process. During the offline claims process, once verified, winners will receive a further confirmation email informing them that their prize will be with them within 28 working days of the date of verification (less for the football tickets). It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.

62. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the Winner.

63. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arranging the prize dispatch. Regular reminder emails (up to 3) will be sent out to winners until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 14 working days, or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and to reallocate the prize, if possible, to the reserve drawn next in line in the relative weekly draw. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified. This process will continue until all winners and reserves for any prizes outstanding have been contacted as detailed. The reserve winner contacting process will continue until up to two (2) reserves have been contacted for any outstanding prize. Any prizes that have not been claimed after this process has been executed will be withdrawn from the promotion. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.

64. For the weekly ticket prizes, once the winner has passed verification and provided all the necessary information, the winner will be provided to the fulfilment partner for the promotion. The fulfilment partner will reach out to the winner via email (on the email provided on entry). The winner will be taken to a guest management system, whereby they will be asked to provide details such as, but not limited to, confirmation of names (as they appear on your passport Guest(s) Details and confirmation that you understand any requirements for COVID.

65. The physical prizes will be fulfilled via Secure, Tracked Mainland Delivery. All prizes will be dispatched within 28 working days of the confirmation of each winner’s additional information, including postal address and any other information required.

66. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate, if time permits, using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.

67. For the football tickets (including the VIP package), potential winners will be required to provide securely, within the specified time scale, to the Promoter information including their name, a valid address, photo I.D. and additional contact details to assist with fulfilling the claim and arranging the prize. For the Grand Prize winner, additional information; Passport, Emergency contact and the ability to travel will also be requested. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited.

68. Weekly draw prize tickets will be emailed securely to the winners’ email address prior to the relevant football match date. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details by entrants. If circumstances mean that it is not viable to provide the tickets before the match, then the tickets may be arranged to be securely collected (with the relevant ID)  from a location at the home match club by the winner.

70. For the Grand Prize Draw, once the winner has passed verification and provided all the necessary information, the winner will be contacted by the fulfilment partner to organise accommodation and travel arrangements to specified games, plus all VIP additions.

 

General

71. The winners are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize. The entrant will receive no fees in relation to their entry into this promotion. All costs incurred by obtaining time off from work or study to take part in the promotion are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for costs incurred.

72. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries, or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.

73. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner via a secure and acceptable method.

74. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the Winners, and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion entry requirements; or of the spirit of this promotion; or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. 

75. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

76. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the App or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.

77. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoters control, the website (as with any website) may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.

78. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:

    1.1.  Any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions.

    1.2.  Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites,     servers, computers, or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;

    1.3.  Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the App or any combination thereof;

    1.4.  Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related     to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.

79. The Promoter, its agents and the Prize Partner will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this promotion for the purposes of administering this promotion, unless consent is received to use such information for any other purpose.

80. In the event of circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes,  and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter and those partnered with the promotion reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage but will endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

81. A list of winners’ surnames and their counties will be available by posting your request to winnerslistGB@cocacola.eu and using the subject line ‘Football August’ within 3 months of the promotion closing.  The promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. Should a winner object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by emailing gbcic@coca-cola.com.The promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

82. Winners may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration.

83. The Promoter reserves the right to add more prizes into the main promotion. Winners only will be notified in line with these Terms and Conditions.

84. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

85. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to, or concerning these Terms.
