These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Offer instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy found at https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/legal/privacy-policy/ and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotional offer. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility
1. This offer is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) only, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Coca‑Cola Great Britain, Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners, Popeyes, their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion
2. The offer is only available to individuals who are 16 years old or older
3. Internet access and registration required.

5. Offer is only valid via the Coca‑Cola App via registration. There are limited number of claim offer codes for a “Free Sprite drink with selected single spicy items from the hot menu” available. Offer closes daily when 1000 claim offer codes exceeded (Fri & weekend quantities could vary)
6. Maximum 1 offer entry per person per day.
7. Maximum 1 offer claim per person in total
8. No offer entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates or aliases will be accepted. No incomplete, corrupted entries, or multiple entries from the same person beyond the daily limit will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.
Promotional Period
9. The promotional offer period to apply for a Popeye’s Free Sprite drink with selected single spicy items from the hot menu deal digital voucher runs daily from 11:00. and closes each day at 23:59 or when 1000 digital vouchers have been issued daily. (Fr & weekend quantities may vary). Offer period 23.09.24 to 21.10.24.
10. Once any offer limit has been reached on a given day, the offer for that day will be withdrawn and consumers will not be able to enter for the offer as all the daily codes allocated for that day will have been exhausted.
11. Any vouchers not claimed will be rolled over to the next day.
How to Enter
12. To apply to receive the offer, follow ad instructions or download the Coca‑Cola App. All those interested in the offer will be required to login or create an account on the app, providing their full name, D.O.B and a valid email address (which is personal and accessible throughout the promotion)
13. In order to apply to the offer, simply click on the offer submit button between 11:00 and 23:59 on the days of the promotional offer
14. There are 7,000 digital claim offer codes available on offer each week throughout the promotional period. Codes will be issued to the first 1000 people to apply for the claim offer code daily during the week (Friday and weekend quantities may vary).
15. Entrants can only apply once per day for the claim offer code.
16. Only valid application information will be accepted, and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate applicants. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation. Entry information may not be sold or exchanged.

17. The following offer is available throughout the promotional period:

The claim offer code will allow the consumer to receive a free Regular Sprite drink on the purchase of selected single spicy items from the hot menu at Popeyes
The selected single spicy items from the hot menu are as follows:

- Hot Honey Saucin’ Wings
- Spicy Chicken Sandwich
- The Spicy Double Stack Sandwich

- Spicy Chicken Wrap

Each digital claim offer code is valid for 3 days from receipt.
18. There are 28,000 claim offer codes in total, 7,000 available each week as detailed, that are available to be claimed throughout the promotion. Weekdays the offer will be withdrawn when 1000 claim offer codes have been exceeded daily. Friday and weekends the quantities available may vary.
19. Vouchers are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the Winner.
20. Successful applicants will receive confirmation of their offer by receiving a digital claim offer code and will be able to use this to redeem and receive a free Sprite drink on purchase of selected single spicy items from the hot menu at Popeyes.

a) Once you have entered the promotional offer on Coca‑Cola App and received the claim offer code

c) Enter your claim offer code
d) You will be prompted to choose the qualifying product you would like and add to your basket, where a Sprite will automatically be added to your basket.

f) Visit restaurant to collect your order
General Information
21. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all applications and to refuse to offer the free Sprite claim offer code, withdraw offer entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotional offer and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry/applicant requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the offer or claimed using fraudulent means.
22. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotional offer.
23. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotional offer or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
24. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
25. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the application process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotional offer.
26. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoters control, the website (as with any website) may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
27. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
i) Any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions.
ii) Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotional offer;
iii) Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof;
iv) Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotional offer.
28. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
29. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to, or concerning these Terms.
