Oasis & Greggs 2024 Terms and Conditions
Promotional Period: 24/06/2024 – 02/09/2024
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy found at https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/legal/privacy-policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility
1. The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) only, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Coca‑Cola Great Britain, Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners, their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion
2. Entrants must be 18 years or over.
3. Internet access and registration required.
4. No Purchase Necessary. Scan QR code on pack to launch or download Coke App
5. Entry is only valid via the Coca‑Cola App via registration. Entry into the Instant Win will give you an opportunity to win the Greggs Meal Deal prizes, which will be sent to winners via email within 4 days.
6. Maximum 1 Instant Win App entry per person per day.
7. Maximum of 8 wins per person in total.
8. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates or aliases will be accepted. No incomplete, corrupted entries, or multiple entries from the same person beyond the daily limit will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.
Promotional Period
9. The Main Promotional period to enter for instantly win App prizes runs from 09:00am on 24.06.24. and closes at 09:00am on 19.08.24.
10. The Late entry Draw runs from 09:01 on 19.08.24 to 09:00 02.09.24
11. Entries outside of these times and dates will not be valid and thus no opportunities to win will occur
How to Enter
12. For the chance to enter and win, scan the QR code or download the Coca‑Cola App. All entrants will be required to login or create an account on the app, providing their full name, D.O.B and a valid email address (which is personal and accessible throughout the promotion)
13. In order to enter the promotion via the Instant App, entrants will need to submit an entry at any time during the promotional period. Max 1 entry per day.
Instant Win
14. To enter the promotion, follow the instructions above and enter via “Instant win”
15. During the promotional period, App instant win prizes have been randomly allocated and linked to open ‘winning moments’ that have been randomly pre-selected by a secure independently verified computer programme. There are 40,000 winning moments available throughout the promotional period. The first person to enter at the same time or be the first after any allocated winning moment will have been deemed to have won. All 40,000 prizes are available to be won but may not be won if not all the winning moments are matched.
16. If your entry coincides with an “winning moment” or is the first after, you will win the allotted prize which will be detailed on screen.
17. The winning moments are available to be won throughout the entire promotional period. Prizes will roll over from day to day and week to week, until the end of the promotion and thus are available to be won throughout the promotional period. Any prizes unclaimed through the promotion will be added to a late draw.
18. Entrants can only enter once per day into the Instant Win App promotion
19. Only valid entry information will be accepted, and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation. Entry information may not be sold or exchanged.
20. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry/win.
Late Entry Draw
21. The Late Entry prize draw will be drawn from all valid entries entered during the Late entry period.
22. All valid entrants will, upon entering the Late entry Prize draw receive an onscreen message confirming their entry into the Late entry prize draw,
23. Entrants can only once a day into the Late draw during the Late entry draw promotional Period.
Prize types and availability
Instant Win Prizes
24. Total online instant win prizes available to be won throughout the promotional period:
40,000 Greggs Meal Deal Prizes – consisting of a £4.50 food voucher off their next purchase of food redeemable at Greggs and a voucher for 1 free bottle of an Oasis 500ml drink redeemable at Greggs.
Each voucher valid until 18.10.24
Excluded stores are those situated in MOTO forecourts – Doncaster, Ferrybridge, Toddington North & South, Heston, Hilton Park, Lancaster, Southwaite North, Trowell, Leigh Del East & West, Knutsford, Heston East, Frankly North & South, Donnington Park, Trowell South, Wetherby, Rugby.
Late entry Draw
25. Entries submitted outside the Main Promotional Period will not be included in any of the Instant Win App prizes, but entries received, between 09:01 on 19.08.24 and 09.00 on 02.09 will be entered into a Late Draw only.
This Late draw will include any Instant Win App prizes that have not been claimed in the Main Promotional period, and will take place on 02.09.2024
The Prizes
Prize Information
26. There are 40,000 prizes in total, as detailed, that are available to be won throughout the entire Greggs Meal Deal promotion.
27. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the Winner.
Winner selection and notification
Main Promotional Period – Instant Win App
28. Instant Win App winners will be notified via an onscreen message immediately after entry and confirmation of their prize can be found under ‘My Profile’ in the prize section along with information to keep an eye on their inbox, where they will be sent a confirmation email within 4days (using the email address submitted upon entry) to confirm their win (subject to verification) and send electronically details of their vouchers to redeem within the time specified.
29. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and send their electronic voucher prizes. Bounce back emails or inaccurate information will result in the Promoter forfeiting the prize. If a winner has not been contacted or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and allocate to the Late Entry draw. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified.
30. All Instant Win prizes will be delivered via email within 7 days of initial contact.
31. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available.
Late Draw
32. The Late Draw will include any prizes that have not been won in the Main Promotional period, will take place on 02.09.24.
33. The winner will be drawn at random via an independently audited and verified prize draw selection process from all valid entries received. The winner will be notified, and their prize will be delivered in line with these Terms and Conditions.
34. The Late Date winner will be contacted by the Promoter by email with details of the voucher

General Information
35. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize, withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
36. A list of winners’ surnames and their counties will be available by submitting your request to the relevant page on the website: https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/about-us/contact-us - select the ‘I have a question’ from the first drop down, complete your details and press submit within 3 months of the promotion closing. The promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. Should a winner object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by the same link but filling in details on the winner restrictions part of the form. The promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
37. Winners may be required if they consent to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration.
38. The Promoter reserves the right to add more prizes into the main promotion. Winners only will be notified in line with these Terms and Conditions.
39. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion.
40. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
41. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
42. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the application process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.
43. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoters control, the website (as with any website) may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
44. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
i) Any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions.
ii) Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
iii) Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof;
iv) Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.
45. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
46. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to, or concerning these Terms.
