Promotional Period: 13/09/2024 - 31/10/2024
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility
1. The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) only, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Coca‑Cola Great Britain, Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners, their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Entrants must be 16 years or over, however under 18s will need consent from their parent or guardian.
3. Internet access and registration required.
4. No Purchase required, scan QR on pack to launch or download Coke App.
5. Entry is only valid via the Coca‑Cola App, and entrants must have registered an account.
6. Maximum 100 entries per person into the prize draws throughout the total promotional period (including the Mop Up period).
7. Maximum of 1 win per person per prize type during the promotion, including the Mop Up Draw Period.
8. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates or aliases will be accepted. No incomplete, corrupted entries or multiple entries from the same person beyond the daily limit will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.
Promotional Period
9. The Main Promotional period to enter for a chance to win in the various prize draws runs from 09:00 on 13.09.24 and closes at 09:00 on 31.10.24.
Weekly Draws
10. There are weekly draws which close 08:59 on the Friday following the week prior (i.e. the draw runs 09:00 Friday to 08:59 the following Friday). The last week will run from 09:00 Friday 25th October until 09:00 Thursday 31st October.

There is an opportunity to enter a special draw which is a stand-alone draw, however, entries to this draw close on 04.10.24 so be quick.
Prize draw for a Thorpe Park Fright Nights, dates 04.10 - 06.10, 11.10 - 13.10 or 17.10 – 03.11.24. Draw 04.10.24
11. Entries need to be submitted to the appropriate weekly draw, but for the Thorpe Park draw entries will not be available after 04.10.24.
Any entries submitted outside the promotional dates highlighted above will not be included in relevant specific weekly draw, and Thorpe Park entries will not be accepted beyond 04.10.24.
Entries submitted between 09:01 on the 31.10.24 until 09:00 on the 29.11.24 will be entered into a Mop Up draw only. There is a maximum of 100 entries /person throughout the promotional period.
How to Enter
12. To enter for a chance and win, scan the QR code on pack to launch or download Coca‑Cola App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
13. Once the Coke App is downloaded, entrants will be required to login or create an account on the App, providing their full name, date of birth and a valid email address (which is personal and accessible throughout the promotion). This email address must belong only to the entrant and cannot be used by another entrant.
14. In order to enter for the various prize draws you will need to play games to earn Beetle coins as indicated in the promotion article. Each prize will detail how many Beetle coins are required for entry. Beetle coins can be gained by successfully participating in the games within the Coca‑Cola App.
15. To enter a prize draw you will require 25 Beetle coins per entry.
16. There is a maximum of 100 entries per person into the promotion draws throughout the promotional period, including the Mop Up draw.
How to Play for Beetle coins:
There are 3 levels of games available to be played in the App and each level has a sublevel. The more difficult the game level, the more Beetle coins are available to be gained.

Car 1 - Draw the door!
The more accurate the drawing is, the more Beetle coins you'll earn:

Car 2 - Find the cans!
The quicker you find the cans, the more Beetle coins you'll earn:

Car 3 - Sandworm game!
Collect 9 Bob heads to feed the Sandworm before the time runs out. The more Bob heads you collect, the more Beetle coins you'll earn:
- 1 x star= 10 Beetle coins
- 2 x stars= 20 Beetle coins
- 3 x stars= 30 Beetle coins
Daily Play limit: Play and re-concur levels as many times however in total, you can earn up to 600 Beetle coins MAX per day and you only have 5 x plays per day in total where you can earn Beetle coins. You can continue to play the game, but no Beetle coins will be available to collect, your daily play limit will reset at midnight.
17. Once you’ve accumulated Beetle coins from playing the game, your Beetle coins will automatically be visible in your ‘My Points’ section within the App. Your ‘My Points’ balance is a live count of all the in-App points you have collected. Your Coca‑Cola App ‘My Points’ can be found via the bottom navigation in the App. To use your Beetle coins, visit the win section within the App to explore the available prizes (Weekly Draws and Thorpe Park Fright Nite Draw (closes 04.10.24)). Each prize shows the number of Beetle coins required for entry, along with the prize description. Within the prize description screen, there is a prize redemption button that has to be clicked in order to enter for your chance to win the prize. Once entered, Beetle coins will be automatically deducted from your My Points, and you will see an onscreen message confirming that you have been entered into the relevant Biweekly Prize Draw
18. Entrants will receive confirmation for the Prize Draw that they have entered.
19. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, aliases or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

21. Entrants can only enter a maximum of 100 times into the draws throughout the promotional period so you will need to ensure you have an allocation if you wish to enter the Mop Up draw and you will need the correct quantity of Beetle coins to enter the Mop Up promotional draw.

22. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives for the specific prizes detailed or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the Winner.
Winner selection and notification
Main Promotional Period – Weekly Draws
23. During the promotion, those consumers entries into the weekly prize draws will be entered into the relevant draw based upon the date and time of entry. Entry draws will take place via an independently audited and verified prize draw programme.
24. Winners only, will be sent a confirmation email (using the email address submitted upon entry) to confirm their win (subject to verification) within 2 working days of the relevant draw taking place.
25. Only valid entry information and the correct number of Beetle coins will be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation. Entry information or Beetle coins may not be sold or exchanged.
26. There is a limit of 100 entries in total across the promotional period. There are 7 draws in total. You will need the correct quantity of Beetle coins to enter into the relevant weekly promotional draw.
27. The winners will have been requested in the email sent to provide additional information within 14 working days including their address via a secure link to start the verification process. During the offline claims process, once verified, winners will receive a further confirmation email informing them that their prize will be with them within 28 working days of the date of verification. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
28. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arranging the prize dispatch. Regular reminder emails will be sent out to winners until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 7 working days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and to reallocate the prize, if possible, to the reserve drawn next in line in the relative weekly draw. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified. The reserve winner contacting process will continue until up to one (3) reserves have been contacted for any outstanding prize. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.
The prizes will be fulfilled Yodel. All prizes will be dispatched within 28 working days of the confirmation of each winner’s additional information, including postal address and any other information required.
Main Promotional Period – Special Draw
30. All valid entries into the chosen special draw will take place via an independently audited and verified prize draw programme.
31. Winners only, will be sent a confirmation email (using the email address submitted upon entry) to confirm their win (subject to verification) on the 04.10.24, the day the draw takes place.
32. The winners will have been requested in the email sent to provide additional information within 14 working days including their address via a secure link to start the verification process. During the offline claims process, once verified, winners will receive a further confirmation email informing them that their prize will be with them within 28 working days of the date of verification. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
Thorpe Park Winner
33. The winner will have been requested in the email sent to provide additional information within 14 working days including their address via a secure link to start the verification process. During the offline claims process, once verified, the winners will receive a further confirmation email informing them that they will receive contact from the travel agency to arrange their prize.
34. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arranging the prize dispatch. Regular reminder emails will be sent out to winners until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 7 working days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and to reallocate the prize, if possible, to the reserve drawn next in line in the relative monthly draw. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified. The reserve winner contacting process will continue until up to one (1) reserve have been contacted for any outstanding prize. Any prizes that have not been claimed after this process has been executed will be withdrawn from the promotion. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate, if time permits, using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.
Mop up draw
35. For the Mop Up Draw 1 x £10 cash, plus any prizes that have not been won in the Main Promotional period, will be available to be won will take place after 09:01 on the 29.11.24. One (1) winner will be drawn at random via an independently audited and verified prize draw selection process from all valid entries received between 09:01 31.10.24 and 09:00 on 29.11.24. The winner will be notified, and their prize will be delivered in line with the details in the Terms and Conditions above.
36. The Draw winner(s) will be contacted by the Promoter by email with details of the next steps and claim process within 7 working days of the Prize Draw taking place.
37. There will be a total of one (1) Mop -Up Draw winner, however, the Promoter reserves the right to add any unclaimed daily draw prizes to this Draw for the entrants only.
38. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arranging the prize dispatch. Regular reminder emails (up to 3) will be sent out to winners until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 14 working days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and to reallocate the prize, if possible, to the reserve drawn next in line in the draw. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified. This process will continue until all winners and reserves for any prizes outstanding have been contacted as detailed here. The reserve winner contacting process will continue until up to two (2) reserves have been contacted for any outstanding prize. Any prizes that have not been claimed after this process has been executed will be withdrawn from the promotion. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.
General Information
39. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize, withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
40. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
41. A list of winners’ surnames and their counties will be available by submitting your request to the relevant page on the website: https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/about-us/contact-us - select the ‘I have a question’ from the first drop down, complete your details and press submit within 3 months of the promotion closing. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. Should a winner object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by the same link but filling in details on the winner restrictions part of the form. The promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
42. The Promoter and its agents will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this promotion for the purposes of administering this promotion unless consent is received to use such information for any other purpose.
43. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries, or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.
44. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or of the spirit of this promotion, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to accept an entry.
45. Winners may be required if they consent to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration.
46. The Promoter reserves the right to add more prizes into the main promotion. Winners only will be notified in line with these Terms and Conditions.
47. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion.
48. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
49. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the application process or operation of the promotional App or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.
50. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoters control, the App (as with any App) may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the App. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
51. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
- Any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions.
- Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
- Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof.
- Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.
52. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
53. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to or concerning these Terms.
54. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications.
