Women around the world are already pillars of our business system. We are building on that foundation by implementing programs to help women entrepreneurs to unleash their economic potential. Our program entitled 5by20 is our commitment to empower 5 million women entrepreneurs by 2020.

What Empowerment Looks Like

By harnessing the unique scale and reach of our system, 5by20 will give women the opportunities to reach financial independence, support their families, and strengthen their communities. This is done by providing access to retail, providing business skills training, access to mentoring and networks, as well as financial services.
