WATER STEWARDSHIP

The Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs) 6 is to ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all. Access to water is a right that no one should go without. 

As climate change continues to exacerbate water stress in Africa, The Coca‑Cola system in Africa leads with the mindset to “Reduce, Recycle and Replenish” the water we use in the continent. We make sure that 100% of the water used throughout our supply chain is replenished. 

Through our 2030 Water Strategy, we are partnering with local organizations to increase water security where we operate, source ingredients and touch people’s lives by improving water availability, quality, access, and governance across Africa.
