EA x Coke Zero Sugar Promotion

  • This promotion offers a College Ultimate Team (CUT) pack with Coke Zero Sugar products to be redeemed in EA SPORTS™ College Football 25 on supported platforms.
  • Supported Platforms:  PlayStation®5 and Xbox Series X|S
  • Each CUT pack unlocks one of five players in each drop for a total of 5 drops.
  • To redeem, purchase a valid Coke Zero Sugar product and visit the promotional site at
    www.coca-cola.com/us/en/offerings/fan-work. Scan the UPC (barcode), register or login with your Coca‑Cola account and link your EA account. Redeem your pack in-game by logging into Ultimate Team™ (internet required) and navigating to the in-game store where the pack will be available.

  • The Offer begins at 10:00 am ET on August 22, 2024 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on December 1, 2024 (“Offer Period”). Participants must submit their Claims between 10:00 am ET on August 22, 2024 and 11:59 pm ET on December 6, 2024 (“Claim Period”).

  • You must be 13 years or older to participate.

  • Yes, a Coke Zero Sugar product is required to participate.

  • Products that are valid for this promotion are Coke Zero Sugar products.

  • This promotion is only available in the US and open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. & D.C.

  • During the Offer Period, Scan the UPC or QR code on any Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar product, then follow the instructions to complete all requested information required and click submit (the “Claim”). In order to successfully submit a Claim, all users must have, and be logged into, a valid Coca‑Cola Website account (“Account”). If a user does not have a valid Account, they will be prompted to create one while submitting a Claim. After submitting a Claim, follow the links to the EA SPORTS™ Dashboard and follow instructions to log into or create an EA account (“EA Account”) to unlock the Reward (defined below). Claims are subject to verification. Purchases must be made during the Offer Period. Participants must submit their Claims between 10:00 am ET on August 22, 2024 and 11:59 pm ET on December 6, 2024 (“Claim Period”).

  • You can redeem a maximum of 5 players from the 5 released Ultimate Team™ packs. One player item from each drop can be redeemed.

  • The personal information submitted will be used to validate the Claim information provided. Personal information collected from all Participants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. To view Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, visit

  • No additional software, other than the EA game/console is needed to participate in the promotion.

  • Unfortunately, a smartphone with camera access is required to unlock the promotion.

EA Account Set Up

  • During the unique code redemption process, you will be required to enter your EA Account credentials (username and password) and link your Coca‑Cola account with your EA Account. When valid details have been entered, the two accounts will be connected. If you experience issues connecting your EA account, please contact EA Help at https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/.

  • An EA Account can only be linked to one Coke account in its lifetime. Rewards will be available only on the first platform of EA SPORTS™ College Football 25 that you log into with your linked EA Account. If you accidentally linked the wrong EA Account to your Coke account and you haven't yet redeemed any ULTIMATE TEAM™ Packs on the first EA account:
    • Visit website.com and log into your EA Account.
    • Click on "unlink" to unlink your accounts.
    • Once your accounts are unlinked, visit this page again to link the correct EA Account to your Coke Promo account

  • EACF25 is available for purchase at participating retailers.

  • Unfortunately, no. Once rewards content has been awarded to one EA Account, the content cannot be transferred to another EA Account.

  • Unfortunately, that is not possible. Your rewards will only be valid and appear in the EA Account that you’ve connected with Coke Promo account.

  • Your Coke Zero Sugar Ultimate Team™ Pack should be available in your EA Account and be redeemable in EA SPORTS™ College Football 25 in-game store in Ultimate Team™ within 24 hours after completing the unique code validation and redemption process on the Promotion website. 
  • In the unlikely event that your reward does not appear in the in-game Store after 24 hours please inform us by contacting https://help.ea.com. 
  • If you were logged into the game during rewards redemption process, please exit the game and re-login for the content to appear. Please make sure you use the EA Account that you’ve already connected with your Coca‑Cola account. 
  • Please ensure you’re logged into your EA SPORTS™ College Football 25 game on a Supported Platform. Supported Platforms are PlayStation®5 and Xbox Series X|S. 
  • If you do not get in touch, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the reward or limit its value at its sole discretion.
  • Entrants are advised to keep each Coke Zero Sugar product until they have redeemed their Coke Zero Sugar Ultimate Team™ Pack in the EA SPORTS™ College Football 25 game.

  • Please ensure you’re logged into your EA SPORTS™ College Football 25 game on a Supported Platform. Supported Platforms are PlayStation®5 and Xbox Series X|S.  
  • It usually takes 24 hours for Coke Zero Sugar Ultimate Team™ Pack to appear in your EA Account after unique code from Coke Zero Sugar product is successfully validated on the Promotion website.
  • If you were logged into the game during rewards redemption process, please exit the game and re-login for the content to appear. Please make sure you use the EA Account that you’ve already connected with your Coca‑Cola account. 
  • If you are still experiencing an issue with Coke Zero Sugar Ultimate Team™ Pack not appearing in your EA Account after 24 hours, please contact https://help.ea.com.
  • Entrants are advised to keep each Coke Zero Sugar product until they have redeemed their Coke Zero Sugar Ultimate Team™ Pack in the EA SPORTS™ College Football 25 game.
