Yes, you must have an account to create and share a snow globe. 

If you previously created an account on www.coca-cola.com or another website operated by Coca‑Cola, you may not need to create a new account. Please log in to that account to determine whether it qualifies for the CRM Experience. 

By participating in the Create Real Magic experience, you will need to create or log in to a Coca‑Cola account.  When you create an account, you will be asked to provide identifying information based on your country.  However, the only information that will be used by Coca‑Cola as part of the Create Real Magic experience will be the first name associated with your account, and any information you share by speech (or text) when you are creating your snow globe. 

If you consent to the collection of your voice recording by enabling your microphone and clicking “Agree”, Coca‑Cola will collect your voice recording when you turn on your microphone. Your voice recording will be processed to create a transcript. The voice recording will be deleted as soon as we have the transcript and will not be used for any other purpose. The transcript is only used to create prompts to generate images using AI and will be deleted within 45 days. 

The Real Magic Community Gallery is a place where your snow globe will be shown along with the first name you entered when you created a Coca‑Cola account. No other identifying information will be displayed. If you don’t want your snow globe to be displayed in the Community Gallery, you can simply delete it from your Personal Gallery (but remember to download it first).

Once your Snow Globe has been created, it is automatically saved to both the Personal Gallery associated with your account and the Real Magic Community Gallery, which means it can be viewed or shared by the public.

No. You can create as many snow globes as you want, within reason. Note, you may not use in any manner that you know or should know could damage, disable, overburden or impair Coca‑Cola’s servers or networks.

Yes, you can! Your saved snow globes will be stored in a gallery associated with your account (under “My Gallery”). The experience will only be available until mid-January 2025, so be sure to download your snow globes, so you don’t miss out on the chance to share them with your family and friends.

Yes, all snow globes must adhere to Coca‑Cola’s brand and content standards outlined in the Create Real Magic AI Terms of Service.

Coca‑Cola will own all images created using the holiday app. However, you can download, share, copy and distribute your snow globes for unlimited personal use.

Snow globes will appear in your Personal Gallery and Community Gallery. You can share your snow globe through your own personal gallery to social media, messaging, and email. Your snow globe will not be used by Coca‑Cola in any marketing or advertising without your permission. 

An invisible watermark will be applied to all videos created in the 2024 Create Real Magic Experience along with a label that states “Created by Real Magic AI.” These watermarks will help Coca‑Cola identify images created with the experience and ensure the public knows that AI was used.

No. Once your snow globe is created, it cannot be modified. However, you are more than welcome to create another snow globe!

If the experience is having trouble understanding you, you will be prompted to try again and/or can try typing your response. The experience will ask you to provide additional details to ensure we can create a magical snow globe for you!

No, you cannot upload images or videos to the experience. If you need some inspiration, you may refer to snow globes others have created in the Real Magic Community Gallery. 

Yes, the snow globe includes music! We have selected and licensed an exciting array of holiday jingles that will automatically be included in your snow globe.
