Eligibility: The Coke® Zero Sugar Football Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes (The “Promotion”), which includes an Instant Win Game (“Game”) and a Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), is open only to legal residents of 50 US and DC (“Eligibility Area”) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry (“Entrant”). Each Entrant must also have a Coca‑Cola account and (defined below) at the time of participation and to enter the Sweepstakes Entrant must possess web-enabled mobile device as of August 11, 2024. Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and non-employee workers of The Coca‑Cola Company (the “Sponsor”), Coca‑Cola bottlers, NFL member clubs and stadiums listed in Section 5/Prize Providers (i.e. Arizona Cardinals, Atlanta Falcons, Baltimore Ravens, Carolina Panthers, Detroit Lions, Denver Broncos, Green Bay Packers, Indianapolis Colts, Jacksonville Jaguars, Kansas City Chiefs, Las Vegas Raiders, New Orleans Saints, Seattle Seahawks, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tennessee Titans), the National Collegiate Athletic Association (“NCAA®”),and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Promotion (collectively, the “Released Promotion Parties”) and their immediate family (defined for the purposes of these Official Rules as: spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three [3] months out of the year) of each such individuals are not eligible. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Raiders Football Club, LLC and LV Stadium Events Company, LLC are neither a sponsor nor an administrator of the Sweepstakes. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 10:00 am ET Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 12, 2024 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on October 27, 2024 (“Promotion Period”).

3. How to Play the Instant Win Game/Verification: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. During the Promotion Period, go to www.coca-cola.com/us/en/offerings/fan-work/football (“Website”). Follow the links and instructions to log into or create a Coca‑Cola Website account (“Account”). You will then receive one (1) Instant Win Play (“Daily Game Play”). Once the Daily Game Play is completed, you will either receive a win/offer message or a losing message.

All on-screen messages are subject to verification. An Entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until Entrant's eligibility has been verified and Entrant has been notified that verification is complete. If, due to an error of any kind, more instant winning messages are delivered to Entrants, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded, the intended number of prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received during the Promotion Period. All Daily Game Plays become the property of Sponsor. Receipt of Daily Game Plays may be acknowledged, but such acknowledgment does not constitute any representation as to eligibility. Limit one (1) Daily Game Play per person/Account per day. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Daily Game Plays by using multiple/different Accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Game Plays and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar registration/Daily Game Play methods or agents (including, but not limited to, Promotion Game Play services) will void all Daily Game Plays by that Entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any Daily Game Play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential prize winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.

4. How to play the Score Match Reward Game/Enter the Grand Prize and Regional Prize Sweepstakes Drawings: After you play the Instant Win Game, you will have the opportunity to select from available football team(s) based on your preference and eligibility (“Team”). You will then receive a randomly assigned score (“Score”) for your Team(s) for one game that is being played that upcoming week and receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes Grand Prize random drawing and one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes Regional Prize random drawing (if applicable) (both “Entries”). If your Team’s final game score matches your assigned Score that week, you will receive one (1) Entry into the Score Match Reward prize weekly random drawing. Each week begins at 12:00 am ET on Monday and ends at 11:59 pm ET on Sunday (except for the first week that begins at 10:00 am ET on Monday, August 12, 2024). After the end of each week, six-hundred (600) Score Match Reward winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries whose assigned Score that week matched their Team’s final game Score. The odds of winning a Score Match Reward depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received for each week that matches their Team’s assigned Score that week.  After winner verification, Score Match Reward prizes will be emailed to the email address associated with the winner’s Account.  Return of any email as undeliverable will result in disqualification and alternate selection.

Limit one (1) Score Match Reward play and one (1) Score Match Reward prize per person/Account per week during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Regional Prize Entry, per person/Account per week during the Promotion Period and limit one (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize Entry per person/Account per week during the Promotion Period. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. 5. Prizes/Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):
 

¹The Coke Zero Sugar Ultimate Blitz Trip package includes three (3) trips, each including two (2) tickets to attend a football game of the winner’s choice (from among Sponsor-provided Teams and subject to availability, in the 2024-2025 season), three (3) nights hotel accommodations for winner and one (1) travel companion in Sponsor-specified location of each prize trip, round-trip economy air transportation for winner and one (1) travel companion from major airport nearest winner’s home to Sponsor-specified location of each prize trip.  The Grand Prize must be used on dates specified or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate will be selected. Terms and blackout dates apply. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. If the Grand Prize winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her prize with no travel companion, the Prize will be awarded to Grand Prize winner only and any participating travel companion and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Trips may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. The Grand Prize winner and respective travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. All travelers must have valid travel documents prior to departure (i.e., REAL ID, or other TSA-approved ID; visit www.tsa.gov for a list of TSA-approved IDs). Travel companion (or winner on behalf of minor travel companion) must complete a Release of Liability prior to departure. A minor going on the trip as the travel companion of the Grand Prize winner must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times (i.e., the Grand Prize winner). Failure to obtain required travel documents by the Grand Prize winner and travel companion may result in forfeiture of Prize and alternate potential winner selection, by random drawing, time permitting, from among all remaining eligible Entries. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, insurance, telephone charges, room service and laundry services, personal expenses, gratuities, entertainment, transfers, incidental charges, or any other items not specifically described in these Official Rules, any transportation not mentioned within the above prize description and all expenses for any of the foregoing are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. If a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Tickets are subject to Terms and Conditions specified thereon. In the event the Grand Prize winner and/or travel companion engages in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor, or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate their travel early, eject them from the trip and send the Grand Prize winner and travel companion home with no obligations or compensation to winner. The Grand Prize winners and travel companion must also pass any required medical testing and comply with any additional requirements, at any time, that may be required or recommended by any government agency, or Sponsor, including without limitation, passing one or more COVID-19 antigen and screening tests, and testing negative for COVID-19 or having been vaccinated against COVID-19. The Grand Prize winner and travel companion(s) may also be required to execute any assumption of risk and/or other documents relating to COVID-19 or he/she may not be permitted to travel. Resale of prizes is prohibited. All taxes related to the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Grand Prize winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of their prize.

Regional Prizes:
 

For all Sweepstakes Regional Prizes: All Ticket dates not specified above are Sponsor-specified. Tickets/passes may be subject to issuer’s standard rain-check policies and procedures.  All expenses, travel, and other costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of winner. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. By accepting ticket prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the ticket and the event venue. Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not use ticket on day of event. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By attending any event, winner and winner’s guest(s) voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Gift cards subject to terms and conditions and expiration dates.

For all Sweepstakes Regional Prizes that include Travel: All guests of winners, as applicable, will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure.  All travelers must have valid travel documents prior to departure (i.e., REAL ID, passport or other TSA-approved ID; visit www.tsa.gov for a list of TSA-approved IDs). All travel must be completed on date specified by Sponsor; dates of departure and return are subject to change. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. All details, including exact seat locations (if applicable) and all prize components, will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  Sponsor is not responsible if the event/flight is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed. Winners and guest must follow any applicable COVID Protocols in place at time of prize use. If any prize winner’s guest is a minor, the winner must be the guest’s parent or legal guardian.

Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Prize per person/Account/household throughout the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) Instant Win Prize per person/Account/household throughout the Promotion Period. If any prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute the prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater retail value. No transfer, cash or other substitution of the prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of any prize is prohibited. All taxes related to the prizes valued at over $600 are the sole responsibility of the winner and the winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of their prize.

6. Instant Win Prize Second Chance Drawing: If, after winner notification and verification, any Instant Win Prizes are unclaimed or have not been awarded for any reason, a second chance drawing will be conducted on or about October 31, 2024 (the “Second Chance Drawing”). Prize winners will be randomly selected from all non-winning entrants who completed a Daily Game Play at least once during the Promotion Period. The Second Chance Drawing will be conducted by Administrator (at their offices in Melville, New York). A potential Prize winner in the Second Chance Drawing will be notified by email using the email address associated with the Entrant’s Daily Game Play. Sponsor/Administrator and Released Promotional Parties shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential Prize winner for any reason.  If a physical prize, winners will need to provide their mailing address., Despite reasonable efforts, if a potential Prize winner in the Second Chance Drawing does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or winner notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential Prize winner, such potential Prize winner will forfeit their Prize and an alternate Prize winner may be selected. If any potential Prize winner in the Second Chance Drawing is found to be ineligible, or if the potential Prize winner has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a Prize for any reason prior to award, such potential Prize winner will be disqualified, and an alternate Prize winner may be selected. Sponsor/Administrator may successively attempt to contact up to two (2) potential winner(s) of an applicable prize in accordance with such procedure, and if there is still no confirmed winner(s) of such applicable prize after such attempts have been made, if any, the corresponding prize may go unawarded. Odds of winning a prize in the Second Chance Drawing depend upon the number of eligible non-winning Entrants who completed a Daily Game Play during the Promotion Period and number of unclaimed or un-awarded prizes, if any.

7. Random Drawings/Odds: One (1) Coke Zero Sugar Ultimate Blitz Trip Sweepstakes winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 28, 2024 from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Administrator will randomly select the potential Regional Sweepstakes Prize winners in a separate drawing on or around October 28, 2024 from all eligible Entries received for each zip code during the Promotion Period. Drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Promotion. The odds of winning a Regional Prize depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received for each zip code. The odds of winning the Sweepstakes Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.

The odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the date/time of entry, the number of Instant Win Prizes remaining available at the time of Daily Game Play and number of eligible Daily Game Plays received. The number of Instant Win Prizes available to be won will diminish as they are awarded.

8. Winner Notification: All potential winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will be emailed a Declaration of Eligibility and Release of Liability and a Publicity Release, where legal (“Declaration”) which they will be required to sign and return within forty-eight (48) hours of notification attempt in order to be confirmed as a winner or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If a potential winner fails to return the completed Declaration within forty-eight (48) hours, Declaration is returned as undeliverable, Entrant is deemed to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected for that drawing. Return of notification/Declaration as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Administrator will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received for that drawing. Up to three (3) alternates per prize may be selected, time permitting. If the alternate potential winners are disqualified, the applicable prize will not be awarded.  

9. Conditions and Release: By participating, each Entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator; (b) receive any notices and other communications related to the Promotion electronically, including via email and/or the Website; (c) release and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the Prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Promotion, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s Sweepstakes Prize Entry, Daily Game Play, creation of a Sweepstakes Prize Entry/Daily Game Play or submission of a Sweepstakes Prize Entry/Daily Game Play, participation in the Promotion, acceptance or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of Sweepstakes Prize Entry/Daily Game Play; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless Released Promotion Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an Entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or Entrant’s acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.  Sponsor/Administrator and Released Promotional Parties are not responsible if Promotion cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this Promotion in any way shall be disqualified. There is no purchase or sales presentation required to participate. A purchase does not increase odds of winning.

10. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor and their agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for Promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.

11. Limitations of Liability: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Released Promotion Parties and Coca‑Cola Retailers from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or the Website or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion or the Website; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the Website or the processing of Sweepstakes Prize Entries/Daily Game Plays; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable email; (f) any defect in a prize or inability to participate in the Promotion or use the Website or use a prize, or (g) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Promotion, the receipt, acceptance, delivery, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Promotion Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion and in no event shall the Released Promotion Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. If, for any reason, an Entrant’s Sweepstakes Prize Entry/Daily Game Play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another Sweepstakes Prize Entry/Daily Game Play in this Promotion (time-permitting), if it is possible in the Sponsor’s or the Administrator’s sole discretion. These Official Rules prevail should there be any conflict or uncertainty relating to the Promotion based on information or advice provided by any of the Released Promotion Parties.

12. General Rules: By participating in the Promotion, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all matters related to the Promotion. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/phone service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for Daily Game Play. Entrants associated with potential winning Daily Game Plays/Sweepstakes Prize Entries may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the email address assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Daily Game Plays/Sweepstakes Prize Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Daily Game Plays/Sweepstakes Prize Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules or on the Website, will be disclosed. Sponsor and the other Released Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Daily Game Plays/Sweepstakes Prize Entries; or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site/device, or undermine the legitimate operations of the Promotion, is a violation of the criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such Entrant from the Promotion. In the event the Promotion is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion and award the Instant Win Prizes claimed prior to cancellation and select the Sweepstakes Prize winners from among all eligible Sweepstakes Prize Entries received for each Prize prior to cancellation. Sponsor and the other Released Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Daily Game Plays/Sweepstakes Prize Entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Daily Game Play/Sweepstakes Prize Entry process or the operation of the Promotion or Website; violates these Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. By participation in the Promotion, Entrants and Prize winners release and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting a Daily Game Play/Sweepstakes Prize Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize.

Disputes: Entrant agrees that to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) they release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and all of the other Released Promotion Parties from and all any and all claims; (b) claims arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Atlanta, GA; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Georgia for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than $100, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Promotion Parties in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Georgia, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Sweepstakes in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy posted at https://www.coca-cola.com/us/en/legal/privacy-policy. The Entrant hereby agrees to the collection, processing and storage of his/her personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Sweepstakes.
