1. Eligibility: The Coca‑Cola® The Heroes Sweepstakes (The “Promotion”), which includes an Instant Win Game (“Game”) and a Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), is open only to legal residents of 50 US and DC (“Eligibility Area”) who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry (“Entrant”). Any Entrant who is under the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence (a “Minor”) must have the consent and permission of their parent or legal guardian to enter. Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and non-employee workers of The Coca‑Cola Company (the “Sponsor”), Coca‑Cola Ltd., Coca‑Cola bottlers, Coca‑Cola Canada Bottling Limited, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), Marvel Studios, LLC (“Marvel”), Disney Worldwide Services, Inc. (“Disney”), and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Promotion (collectively, the “Released Promotion Parties”) and their immediate family (defined for the purposes of these Official Rules as: spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three [3] months out of the year) of each such individuals are not eligible. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s (and their parent/legal guardian’s on their behalf if the Entrant is a Minor) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO MINORS: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, on a random audit basis to contact a Minor’s parent/legal guardian for the purposes of verifying their: (i) agreement to be legally bound by these Official Rules on the Minor’s behalf; (ii) consent to the Minor’s participation in this Promotion; and/or (iii) consent to the collection, use and disclosure of the Minor’s personal information. Failure of a Minor’s parent/legal guardian to complete any such required verification to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the time frame specified by the Sponsor may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, result in disqualification of the Minor.

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 12:00 pm ET Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 8, 2024 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on June 30, 2024 (“Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, an eligible person may participate as follows in Sections #3 and #4. If you are a Minor, your parent or legal guardian must consent to you participating in this Promotion.

3. How to Play the Game/Verification: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. During the Promotion Period, go to https://www.coca-cola.com/us/en/offerings/marvel (“Website”). Follow the links and instructions to log into or create a Coca‑Cola Website account (“Account”). You will then receive one (1) Instant Win Play (“Daily Game Play”). Once the Daily Game Play is completed, you will either receive a win/offer message or a losing message. 

All on-screen messages are subject to verification. An Entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until Entrant's eligibility has been verified and Entrant has been notified that verification is complete. If, due to an error of any kind, more instant winning messages are delivered to Entrants, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded, the intended number of prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received during the Promotion Period. All Daily Game Plays become the property of Sponsor. Receipt of Daily Game Plays may be acknowledged, but such acknowledgment does not constitute any representation as to eligibility. Limit one (1) Daily Game Play per person/Account per day. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Daily Game Plays by using multiple/different Accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Game Plays and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar registration/Daily Game Play methods or agents (including, but not limited to, Promotion Game Play services) will void all Daily Game Plays by that Entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any Daily Game Play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential prize winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.

4. How to be Entered into the Sweepstakes: If you are a Minor, your parent or legal guardian must consent to you entering this Sweepstakes prior to Entry.

TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING FOR A DISNEY CRUISE LINE VACATION (“Cruise Sweepstakes”):

During the Promotion Period, look for special Promotion cans and bottles with a special character (“Character”) on it, while supplies last. On the Website, scan one (1) eligible Character where indicated with your web-enabled mobile device (“Device”) to open the Augmented Reality (“AR”) experience, then register or log into your Account. For single scans of specially marked cans and bottles, you will receive a Character to add to your dashboard on the Website. You will then receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry (“Entry”) for the Cruise Sweepstakes Prize per eligible Character added to your dashboard. Limit one (1) Entry per scanned can or bottle throughout the Promotion Period.

To enter for the Cruise Sweepstakes drawing without making a purchase/using the AR experience, hand-print your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth and daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code), and valid email address, on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, and mail it in a business-size envelope with sufficient postage affixed, to: “Coca‑Cola The Heroes Sweepstakes – Cruise Entry”, P.O. Box 7734, Melville, NY 11775-7734. Mailed Entries must be postmarked from April 8, 2024 through June 30, 2024 and received by July 8, 2024 in order to be included in the Cruise Sweepstakes drawing. Each mailed Entry will count as one (1) Entry into the Cruise Sweepstakes drawing and must be mailed in a separate, postmarked-and-stamped envelope. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete Entries or Entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. 

Limit twenty-eight (28) Entries for the Cruise Sweepstakes drawing per person/email address/Account regardless of method of Entry or combination of methods of Entry. 

TO ENTER FOR THE ULTIMATE FAN EXPERIENCE SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING:

During the Promotion Period, look for specially marked Promotion cans with a Character on it, while supplies last. On the Website, scan two (2) eligible Character cans where indicated with your Device to open and play the AR experience which will initiate a Matchup Scan (“Matchup Scan”). Then, register or log into your Account. For successful Matchup Scans of specially marked packages, you will receive one (1) unique Matchup to add to your dashboard. You will receive one (1) Entry for the Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes Prize for each successful Matchup Scan. Limit one (1) Entry per successful Matchup Scan. 

To enter for the Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes drawing without making a purchase/using the AR experience, hand-print your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth and daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code), and valid email address, on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, and mail it in a business-size envelope with sufficient postage affixed, to: “Coca‑Cola  Sweepstakes – Ultimate Fan Experience ”, P.O. Box 7734, Melville, NY 11775-7734. Mailed Entries must be postmarked from April 8, 2024 through June 30, 2024 and received by July 8, 2024 in order to be included in the Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes drawing. Each mailed Entry will count as one (1) Entry into the Ultimate Fan Vacation Sweepstakes drawing and must be mailed in a separate, postmarked-and-stamped envelope. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate and entries by any means which subvert the Entry process are void. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.

5. Prizes/Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): 

a. The Cruise Sweepstakes Prize includes a 6-day/5-night Western Caribbean Cruise onboard the Disney Dream departing from Fort Lauderdale, FL for winner and up to three (3) travel companions (based on quadruple occupancy) on Sponsor-specified dates. Trip includes round trip economy air transportation (with possible layovers) for winner and up to three (3) travel companions from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Fort Lauderdale, FL USA, one (1) night hotel accommodations (if needed), and $500 for spending money for the winner, awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner (or winner’s parent/legal guardian if the winner is a Minor). The cruise portion shall consist of one (1) stateroom aboard the Disney Dream (location/category at the discretion of Sponsor) with a maximum occupancy four (4) people; all meals onboard the Disney Dream (excluding specialty and fine dining); one (1) meal for each adult in the group at Palo (including gratuities), date/time and restaurant at Disney’s sole discretion and subject to availability (excludes add-on items such as specialty non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages and food that are not included in the price of the meal); pre-paid onboard gratuities for the stateroom host/hostess, dining room server, assistant server and head server; Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website). Terms and blockout dates apply. Disney Cruise Line regulations and conditions apply. Cruise must be booked at least forty-five (45) days prior to the intended travel dates and the cruise must occur from January 27, 2025 to March 15, 2025 or prize will be forfeited. Cruise Sweepstakes Prize winner and travel companions must travel together on the same itinerary. Cruise Sweepstakes Prize winner and travel companion must have valid travel documents prior to departure (i.e., REAL ID, passport or other TSA-approved ID; visit www.tsa.gov for a list of TSA-approved IDs). Failure to obtain required travel documents by Cruise Sweepstakes Prize winner and travel companion may result in forfeiture of Cruise Sweepstakes Prize and alternate potential winner selection by random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received. Travel companion must complete a Release of Liability prior to departure. If the winner is a Minor, they must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian who must be 21 years of age or older. Unless otherwise specified, Cruise Sweepstakes Prize is exclusive of ground transfers, government taxes, fuel supplement, service charges, shore excursions, pre or post hotel stays and other personal expenditures. Onboard service charges must be pre-paid. Cruise Sweepstakes Prize includes balcony level staterooms. Stateroom upgrades cannot be provided. Released Promotion Parties are not responsible for any local hotel stays due to airline layovers or missed flights. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, shore excursions, taxes, travel insurance, local and long distance telephone calls, room service and laundry services, personal expenses, spa treatments, alcoholic and specialty non-alcoholic beverages (including specialty coffee), individually charged snacks and treats (including but not limited to movie popcorn, packaged candy, ice cream, gelato, pastries, and bar snacks), merchandise and souvenirs, tips and gratuities not specifically set forth above, entertainment, transfers, incidental charges, or any other items not specifically described in these Official Rules, any transportation not mentioned within the above Cruise Sweepstakes  Prize description and all expenses for any of the foregoing are the sole responsibility of the Cruise Sweepstakes  Prize winner (or the parent/guardian if winner is a Minor). The Cruise Sweepstakes Prize winner (or the parent/guardian if winner is a Minor) is solely responsible for all taxes in connection with the prize (if applicable), including without limitation federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof. The Cruise Sweepstakes Prize winner (or the parent/guardian if winner is a Minor) will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of prize. In the event the Cruise Sweepstakes Prize winner and/or travel companion(s) engages in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsors, Disney, Marvel, or any of their respective services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to send the Cruise Sweepstakes Prize winner and travel companion home from one of the ports with no obligations or compensation to the winner. Health and safety measures and operational guidelines, ports of call and offerings may change at any time without notice. Certain onboard venues, experiences and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, will have limited capacity and will be subject to limited availability, advance reservations or even closure. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or cruise (as applicable).  Released Promotion Parties are not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if any component of the Cruise Sweepstakes Prize is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

b. The Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes Prize includes a 5-day/4-night trip to attend New York Comic Con at the Javits Center in New York, NY from October 17, 2024 to October 20, 2024. Prize includes two (2) tickets to the convention, one (1) signed comic book by a select Marvel artist, access to events at the Marvel booth, and an ECG x Marvel Collector’s Edition Infinity Gauntlet, and $4,500 cash awarded in the form of a check to winner that can be used toward the payment of income taxes associated with the prize. Trip includes round trip economy air transportation for winner and one (1) travel companion (double occupancy) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York, NY, four (4) nights hotel accommodations in a Sponsor-specified hotel for winner and one (1) travel companion, and $750 for spending money, awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner (or winner’s parent/legal guardian if the winner is a Minor) for the winner. Hotel accommodations do not include meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, souvenirs, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, not specified here. The Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes Prize winner (or the parent/guardian if winner is a Minor) is solely responsible for all taxes in connection with the prize (if applicable), including without limitation federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof. The Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes Prize winner (or the parent/guardian if winner is a Minor) will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of prize. The Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes Prize must be used on dates specified above or Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes Prize will be forfeited. If the Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes Prize winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Prize with no travel companion, the Prize will be awarded to Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes Prize winner only and any participating travel companion and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. The Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes Prize winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. All travelers must have valid travel documents prior to departure (i.e., REAL ID, passport or other TSA-approved ID; visit www.tsa.gov for a list of TSA-approved IDs). Travel companion must complete a Release of Liability prior to departure. Travel companion must be 18 years of age or older. If the winner is a Minor, they must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Failure to obtain required travel documents by Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes Prize winner and travel companion may result in forfeiture of Prize and alternate potential winner selection, by random drawing, time permitting, from among all remaining eligible Entries received for that prize. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, insurance, telephone charges, room service and laundry services, personal expenses, gratuities, entertainment, transfers, incidental charges, or any other items not specifically described in these Official Rules, any transportation not mentioned within the above prize description and all expenses for any of the foregoing are the sole responsibility of the Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes Prize winner. In the event the Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes Prize winner and/or travel companion engages in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor, or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate their travel early, eject them from New York Comic Con and send the Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes Prize winner and travel companion home with no obligations or compensation to winner. The Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes Prize winner and travel companion must also pass any required medical testing and comply with any additional requirements, at any time, that may be required or recommended by any government agency, or Sponsor, including without limitation, passing one or more COVID-19 antigen and screening tests, and testing negative for COVID-19 or having been vaccinated against COVID-19. The Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes Prize winner and travel companion(s) may also be required to execute any assumption of risk and/or other documents relating to COVID-19 or he/she may not be permitted to travel.

AMC Theatres® Black Ticket: Depending on the time, date, and location of redemption, the amount paid for these tickets may be higher than the posted box office admission price. If any prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute the prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater retail value. No transfer, cash or other substitution of the prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of any prize is prohibited.

6. Sweepstakes Prize Random Drawings/Odds: One (1) Cruise Sweepstakes Prize winner and one (1) Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes winner will be selected in separate random drawings on or about July 9, 2024 from among all eligible Entries received for each Prize. Drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Promotion. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period for each Prize. 

The odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the date/time of entry, the number of Instant Win Prizes remaining available at the time of Daily Game Play and number of eligible Daily Game Plays received. The number of Instant Win Prizes available to be won will diminish as they are awarded.

7. Sweepstakes Prize Winner Notification: The potential Sweepstakes Prize winners (or their parent/legal guardian if they are a Minor) will be contacted via email and will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release and except where prohibited, publicity release (“Declaration”) within three (3) days of notification in order to be confirmed as a Prize winner. If a potential Prize winner fails to return the completed Declaration within three (3) days, Declaration is returned as undeliverable, Entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected for the applicable Prize, time permitting. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. If an Entrant is disqualified for one of the reasons mentioned above and an alternate is selected, the alternate must complete and return the required documents in the timeframe specified. Up to three (3) alternates per prize may be selected, time permitting.

8. Conditions and Release: By participating, each Entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a Minor) agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator; (b) receive any notices and other communications related to the Promotion electronically, including via email and/or the Website; (c) release and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the Prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Promotion, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s Sweepstakes Prize Entry, Daily Game Play, creation of a Sweepstakes Prize Entry/Daily Game Play or submission of a Sweepstakes Prize Entry/Daily Game Play, participation in the Promotion, acceptance or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of Sweepstakes Prize Entry/Daily Game Play; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless Released Promotion Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an Entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or Entrant’s acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.  Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible if Promotion cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this Promotion in any way shall be disqualified. There is no purchase or sales presentation required to participate. A purchase does not increase odds of winning.

9. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor and their agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for Promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.

10. Limitations of Liability: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Released Promotion Parties and Coca‑Cola Retailers from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or the Website or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion or the Website; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the Website or the processing of Sweepstakes Prize Entries/Daily Game Plays; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable email; (f) any defect in a prize or inability to participate in the Promotion or use the Website or use a prize, or (g) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Promotion, the receipt, acceptance, delivery, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Promotion Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion and in no event shall the Released Promotion Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. If, for any reason, an Entrant’s Sweepstakes Prize Entry/Daily Game Play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another Sweepstakes Prize Entry/Daily Game Play in this Promotion (time-permitting), if it is possible in the Sponsor’s or the Administrator’s sole discretion. These Official Rules prevail should there be any conflict or uncertainty relating to the Promotion based on information or advice provided by any of the Released Promotion Parties.

11. General Rules: By participating in the Promotion, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all matters related to the Promotion. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/phone service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for Daily Game Play. Entrants associated with potential winning Daily Game Plays/Sweepstakes Prize Entries may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the email address assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Daily Game Plays/Sweepstakes Prize Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Daily Game Plays/Sweepstakes Prize Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules or on the Website, will be disclosed. Sponsor and the other Released Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Daily Game Plays/Sweepstakes Prize Entries; or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site/device, or undermine the legitimate operations of the Promotion, is a violation of the criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such Entrant from the Promotion. In the event the Promotion is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion and award the Instant Win Prizes claimed prior to cancellation and select the Sweepstakes Prize winners from among all eligible Sweepstakes Prize Entries received for each Prize prior to cancellation. Sponsor and the other Released Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Daily Game Plays/Sweepstakes Prize Entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Daily Game Play/Sweepstakes Prize Entry process or the operation of the Promotion or Website; violates these Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. By participation in the Promotion, Entrants and Prize winners release and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting a Daily Game Play/Sweepstakes Prize Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize.

12. Disputes: Entrant agrees that to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) they release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and all of the other Released Promotion Parties from and all any and all claims; (b) claims arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Atlanta, GA; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Georgia for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than $100, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Promotion Parties in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Georgia, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Sweepstakes in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy posted at https://www.coca-cola.com/us/en/legal/privacy-policy. The Entrant (and their parent/legal guardian on the Entrant’s behalf if the Entrant is a Minor) hereby agree to the collection, processing and storage of his/her personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Sweepstakes.
