1. Eligibility: The Bring the Flavor to the Olympic Games Paris 2024 Sweepstakes with Coca‑Cola available at Wingstop (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico) who at time of entry are 21 years of age or older (“Entrant”). Each Entrant must also have a Coca‑Cola account (defined below) at the time of Entry. Employees and non-employee workers of The Coca‑Cola Company (the “Sponsor”), Coca‑Cola Bottlers, Wingstop Restaurants Inc. and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, franchisees and employees (“Wingstop”), the International Olympic Committee (“IOC”), the International Paralympic Committee (“IPC”), the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (“USOPC”), Los Angles Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games 2028 (“LA28”), United States Olympic and Paralympic Properties, LLC (“USOPP”), all participating National Olympic Committees and their individual athletes, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees (together with the IOC, the IPC, USOPC, LA28, and USOPP, “Olympic Entities”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and internet agencies, suppliers and any other companies engaged in the development, administration, production, fulfillment or distribution of materials for this Sweepstakes (collectively the “Released Sweepstakes Entities”) and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three [3] months out of the year) of each such employee are not eligible. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on June 18, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 12, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the“Sweepstakes Period”).

3. How to Enter: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

There are two ways to enter in the Sweepstakes: 

Visit Wingstop.com (entry with beverage purchase):

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.Wingstop.com (the “Wingstop Site”) to purchase any 20-ounce or 32-ounce Coca‑Cola fountain beverage from a participating Wingstop Locations in the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico) and follow the links and instructions after the purchase of the qualifying beverage to log into or create a Coca‑Cola website account (“Account”). Once logged in, click the tile for the Sweepstakes to receive one (1) entry (“Website Entry”) into the Sweepstakes random drawing.

Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different Accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar Entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, Sweepstakes Entry services) will void all Entries by that Entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.

Via Mail (without beverage purchase):

To enter without making a beverage purchase, hand-print your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth and daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code), and valid email address, on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, and mail it in a business-size envelope with sufficient postage affixed, to: “Olympic Games Paris 2024 Sweepstakes with Coca‑Cola & Wingstop”, P.O. Box 7656, Melville, NY 11775-7656 (“Mailed Entry”). Mailed Entries must be postmarked from June 18, 2024 through July 12, 2024 and received by July 18, 2024 in order to be included in the random drawing. Each mailed Entry will count as one (1) Entry into the random drawing and must be mailed in a separate, postmarked-and-stamped envelope. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate and entries by any means which subvert the Entry process are void. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.

Website Entries and Mailed Entries will be collectively referred to as “Entries”. Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address per day, regardless of method of Entry. Entries in excess of this limit are void. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a day is defined as the calendar day beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending the same day at 11:59 p.m. ET. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Except where prohibited by law, Entrants irrevocably grant to Sponsor, its affiliates, agents and licensees, the royalty-free right and permission to unconditionally reproduce, store, transmit, publish, display, use or reuse your name and prize information, as well as any other information or materials arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes for advertising, promotional, commercial, publicity and/or any other purposes (without limitation), in any and all media now or hereafter known, in any language, throughout the world, and in any manner without further review, notice, approval, consideration or compensation of Entrant. Unless prohibited by law, Entrants waive any rights of privacy, rights of publicity, intellectual property rights, and other rights that may preclude Sponsor from using or disclosing all or any part of your Entry in any manner and for any purpose. By participating, Entrants further release Sponsor from any future claims arising out of any use or disclosure of Entrants participation consistent with these Official Rules. By participating, Entrants acknowledge and agree that Entrants will not now or in the future be paid or compensated in any way for participation or for granting the Sponsor any of the rights set out in these Official Rules, whether chosen as a winner or not. Entrants further agree that Sponsor is not obligated to make use of any of the rights granted in these Official Rules. 

4. Random Drawing: On or about July 19, 2024, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible Entries received. Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning the prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

5. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Grand Prize (1): Winner’s choice of either (a) a 5-day/4-night trip for the winner and one (1) travel companion to the Olympic Games Paris 2024 in Paris, France from August 7 to August 12, 2024 (the “Grand Prize Trip”) or (b) $5,000 (awarded as a Sponsor-specified Prepaid Gift Card). The Grand Prize Trip consists of round trip economy air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations at a Sponsor-selected hotel (based on double occupancy), two (2) tickets, for the winner and one (1) travel companion, for up to three (3) Olympic Games Paris 2024 events (on a date/time as solely determined by the Sponsor), and a $500 Sponsor-specified Prepaid Gift Card for incidentals. The maximum ARV of Grand Prize is $7,000. At Sponsors’ sole discretion, Grand Prize Trip may vary from what has been advertised, described, pictured, etc. No prize substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize/prize component for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. All Federal, state and local taxes related to the actual value of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Grand Prize Trip Details: The Grand Prize Trip must be taken on dates specified by the Sponsor (as they correlate to any prize events) or prize will be forfeited. Travel companion must complete a Release of Liability prior to departure. Travel companion must be 21 years of age or older. If the Grand Prize winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her prize with no travel companion, the prize will be awarded to the winner only and any participating travel companion and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. The Grand Prize winner and their travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. All travelers must have valid travel documents prior to departure (i.e., REAL ID, passport or other TSA-approved ID; visit www.tsa.gov for a list of TSA-approved IDs). All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, insurance, telephone charges, room service and laundry services, personal expenses, gratuities, entertainment, transfers, incidental charges, or any other items not specifically described in these Official Rules, any transportation not mentioned within the above prize description and all expenses for any of the foregoing are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. If the prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute the prize of equal or greater retail value. No transfer, cash or other substitution of the prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of prize is prohibited. In the event the Grand Prize winner and/or travel companion engages in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor, or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate their travel early, eject them from the trip and send the Grand Prize winner and travel companion home with no obligations or compensation to winner. The Grand Prize winner and travel companion must follow any applicable COVID protocols as may be in place at time of travel.

6. Winner Notification: The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return via email, a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release and except where prohibited, publicity release (“Declaration”) within twenty-four (24) hours of notification in order to be confirmed as the Grand Prize winner. If the potential Grand Prize winner fails to return the completed Documents within twenty-four (24) hours, the Declaration is returned as undeliverable, said Entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected, time permitting. Declaration will be sent via email. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. If Entrant is disqualified for one of the reasons mentioned above and an alternate is selected, the alternate must complete and return the Declaration in the timeframe specified. Failure to obtain required travel documents by Grand Prize winner may result in forfeiture of Prize and alternate potential winner selection, by random drawing, time permitting, from among all remaining eligible Entries received. Up to three (3) alternates may be selected, time permitting. 

7. General Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/phone service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for Entry. Entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entrant associated with potential winning Entry may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the email address assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules or on any website/app, will be disclosed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Entries; or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any website/device/app, or undermine the legitimate operations of the Sweepstakes, is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such Entrant from the Sweepstakes. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes and select the Grand Prize winner from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. These Official Rules are accessible at https://www.coca-cola.com/us/en/legal/coca-cola-wingstop-sweepstake throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any website/app; violates these Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. By participation in the Sweepstakes, Entrants and Grand Prize winner release and hold harmless the Released Sweepstakes Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the prize. 

8. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (a) he/she releases and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Sweepstakes Parties from and all any and all Claims (“Claims”); (b) Claims arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Atlanta, GA; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Georgia for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all Claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than $100, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Sweepstakes Parties in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Georgia, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

9. Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Sweepstakes in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy posted at https://www.coca-cola.com/us/en/legal/privacy-policy. The Entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of his/her personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Sweepstakes.

By completing a qualifying beverage purchase by visiting the Wingstop Site, each Entrant acknowledges that his or her personal information provided to Wingstop is an accordance with Wingstop’s privacy policy posted at https://www.wingstop.com/privacy. Wingstop will not sell or share the information collected from a potential Entrant during the checkout process at the Wingstop Site with Sponsor. By participating in the Promotion, each Entrant that submits a Website Entry acknowledges that the information collected from Entrants via a Website Entry will be used by Sponsor only for the purpose to notify the potential winner, and will not be re-used, sold, or shared in any manner with Wingstop.

10. Winner List: For the name of the Grand Prize winner, available after July 31, 2024, send an email to: Coca‑ColaWinners@dja.com with WINNER & 01-2893-62 as the subject line.
