Cherry Sproda Mocktail

Ingredients:
Cherry Syrup
- 2 cups demerara sugar
- 2 cups water
- 3 cups bing cherries
Sproda
- Topo Chico
- 1.5 oz cold brew concentrate
- 10 g almond syrup
- Fresh cherry or maraschino
- Ice
- 20 g cherry simple syrup
Instructions:
Cherry Syrup
- Add sugar, water and cherries into a stock pot and mix thoroughly
- While syrup is heating, mash cherries well with a muddler or potato masher
- Bring to a low boil until sugar is completely dissolved and simmer for 5-6 minutes
- Strain all ingredients through a fine mesh strainer and pour into desired container or syrup bottle
Sproda
- Lightly mix together
- Garnish with fresh cherry or maraschino
