Matcha Mojito Mocktail

Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Matcha powder (8 g OR 1/4 oz by weight or 1/2 oz in a jigger)
- Mint leaves (about 5, depending on size)
- 2 1/2 oz lemonade or limeade
- 3 oz original Topo Chico

Instructions:
- In a shaker, muddle together simple syrup, matcha powder, and mint leaves
- Add lemonade and ice to the shaker and shake
- Pour mixture into a tall glass and top with Topo Chico
- Garnish with a lime wheel and mint leaf and enjoy!
