Berry East Coast Fizz Mocktail

Ingredients
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1.5 oz blueberries
- 3 torn leaves of mint
- 2 oz fresh squeezed lemonade
- 2 oz Topo Chico
- 1 oz Panther Coffee espresso
Instructions
- Pour simple syrup into a chilled glass
- Rip mint leaves into a mortar and pestle and mash together with the blueberries. Sift the mixture over the simple syrup.
- Add fresh-squeezed lemonade
- Incorporate Topo Chico and top with ice
- Lay Panther Coffee espresso on top and enjoy the layering
- Stir well and garnish with mint leaves and blueberries if desired
- Enjoy!
