Citrus Glazed Ham with Simply Orange® Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Simply Orange Juice Pulp Free
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3/4 cup yellow mustard
- (6- to 8-lb.) fully cooked, bone-in ham
- 30 whole cloves
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Whisk together Simply Orange and next 3 ingredients. Set aside.
- Remove skin from ham, and trim fat to 1/4-inch thickness. Make shallow cuts in fat 3/4 inch apart in a diamond pattern. Insert cloves in centers of diamonds. Place ham in an aluminum foil lined 13- x 9-inch pan. Pour reserved Simply Orange mixture over ham.
- Bake at 325° on lowest oven rack 3 hours, basting with pan juices every 30 minutes. Remove ham from oven, and let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
Yields 8 to 10 servings
