Chocolate Orange Affogato with Simply Orange® Recipe

Ingredients:
 

• 2 scoops of your favorite lower-calorie chocolate ice cream
• 3 tbsp. Simply® Light Orange
• 1 tsp. orange liqueur
• 1 shot of iced coffee
• 1 orange (for peel curl to top drink off)

Instructions:
 

• Scoop ice cream into a shallow cup or mug. Pour Simply Light Orange, orange liqueur and a fresh shot of iced coffee over the ice cream scoop. Optional: sub espresso for iced coffee.
• Stir with a spoon or gently swirl in cup.
• Top off with an orange peel for garnish and enjoy!
