I tried to enter a Coca‑Cola product code for an offer and got an error message stating it wasn’t a valid code. Why is that?

Some offers may have brand-specific requirements, which would be detailed in the offer’s Official Rules or Terms & Conditions. Because of this, some product codes may work for one offer but not another. A code will also be flagged as invalid if it has already been used or if it is not typed exactly as it appears on the product.
