How can I place a return or get a refund from Coca‑Cola Store?
We want you to LOVE your Coca‑Cola Store products. In the rare case that you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us WITHIN 15 DAYS of receipt using the Contact Us form on the site or call our Customer Care Department at 1-800-557-4616. We do not accept returns on customized or personalized products unless the product differs materially from what was ordered on the site. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside of 15 days of receipt. Please note that it is necessary to contact our Customer Care Department first, either via phone or through the Contact Us form to receive instruction from this department for a return or refund to be processed. We are unable to process any returns or exchanges on international orders.
