How to recycle our bottles in Singapore
Empty plastic bottles aren’t done when you are. We can help prevent them becoming waste by recycling and helping our packages have another life.
That’s why in Singapore we support the upcoming introduction of the Beverage Container Return Scheme. We believe a well-designed scheme should focus on what works for consumers, and deliver benefits for the environment, society, and the economy.
To help boost plastic bottle recycling rates in Singapore, we also partner with local public waste collector SembWaste on a PET bottle collection programme.
PET bottles are collected and transported to Hiroyuki Industries Group in Malaysia, where they are processed for recycling and turned into rPET – to have another life.
