Enrique Ackermann

In his current role, Enrique leads a team that keeps the promise of the Company’s loved brands, done sustainably for a better shared future, and influences, shapes, aligns and connects India, Sri- Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, and Maldives’ business priorities with the technical, supply chain, innovation, governance (Quality, Safety, Environmental) and global sustainability priorities.
Enrique has more than 30 years of work experience spanning finance, general management, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing and quality assurance, across different geographies including Latin America, APAC, and Middle East.
He joined the COCA-COLA® system 14 years ago and has served in various roles related to Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Governance throughout Central America, the Caribbean and South America. Enrique previously worked with companies such as Brightstarcorp International, McDonald’s Bolivia, and General Motors Bolivia. He was instrumental in launching new operations and assuring their long-term supply chain sustainability.
As organizations are built around people, he believes in the power of transparent communication and mutual trust as the basis of any successful relationship - within teams, organizations as well as customers and consumers.
Enrique was born in Austin, Texas, USA and raised in a Spanish speaking household in Bolivia. He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA with Supply Chain Honors mention from the Harvard Institute of International Development, and over the years has obtained several certificates and diplomas from various Supply Chain and Leadership programs.
Enrique is married, and he and his wife have raised 3 now adult children.
