Coca‑Cola Foodmarks 2025 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. The entry and offer instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.

 

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy found at https://www.coca-cola.com/ie/en/legal/privacy-policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility

1. The promotion giveaway offer is open to residents of Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Coca‑Cola Ireland, Coca‑Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion

 

2. Applicants must be 18 years or over to apply.

 

3. Internet access and registration required.

 

4. Purchase of 330ml bottle in selected restaurants required. Scan QR code on pack to launch or download Coke App.

 

5. Applying for the offer is only valid via the Coca Cola App via registration and by entering a valid batch code from a Coca‑Cola 330ml bottle to receive a “point”.

 

6. Further information must be completed, checked and validated before the offer will be honoured.

 

7. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend any applicant  found to be attempting to circumvent this clause by tampering with the operation of the promotional offer, setting up multiple email accounts, using multiple identities or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive. Details will be checked and confirmed before the offer is dispatched.

 

8. Maximum of 4 glasses per household.

9. The Promotional giveaway offer will be available in selected restaurants only from 10 Mar – 28 April 2025, or until all 5000 samples have been received and confirmed as awarded.

 

10. Any application made after the 5000 samples have been confirmed as awarded, or outside of this promotional offer period, will not be included in the Promotional giveaway offer. Every effort will be considered to ensure the applicant is not disappointed by informing them via an online countdown on the App of the status of the total glasses still available whenever possible when considering the offer. The promoter cannot 100% guarantee this information due to the potential time delay between the batch code being entered, the code being verified, and the glass offer then ordered and the countdown details being updated, but it will give an honest update of the general status

 

11. Stocks of glasses will be still available whilst all promotional material is still on display, subject to the point above. The promotional offer will be withdrawn once 5000 glass stocks have been exhausted

How to Receive the promotional offer

12.    Purchase 330ml bottle in participating restaurants.

a.       Restaurants include: https://www.coca-cola.com/ie/en/offerings/coke-foodmarks/map

b.       Scan QR Code to open and/or download Coca‑Cola App.

c.        Enter the batch code on the 300ml bottle of Coca‑Cola.

d.        If valid, consumers will be awarded a point to their Coca‑Cola wallet. This point will allow consumers to enter to claim            a perfect serve glass.

        e.        The offer will be subject to a full auditing and verification process by an independent third party.

        f.        On successful validation Consumers will be sent an email to enter relevant personnel and household information, including full name, email and address details to allow them to receive offer.

        h.       The promoter recommends that once the email has been sent encouraging them to receive the offer, that they complete their information to receive the glass offer as soon as possible

 

13. Once the correct information has been received from the applicant confirming the offer, the perfect serve glass will be dispatched by post to the consumer.

 

14. Applicants must follow the information details provided in the promotional giveaway communication. Applicants will be required to provide information (including their full name, email address and address) to receive the promotional offer.

 

15. The first 5000 genuine and qualifying applications received and checked from the selected restaurants will receive one free giveaway sample. Any incomplete or illegible entries will not qualify for the free giveaway offer. All applications will be subject to a verification and checking process.

 

16. Application is only valid through the App/email communication link as indicated in these Terms and Conditions. No other application method will be available.

The Giveaway Offer

17. The first 5000 applicants who successfully email, providing they have not exceeded the household limit, will, once confirmed, receive the offer of a perfect serve glass. 

  • Coca‑Cola 0.37L Contour Georgia Green glass.

18. All offers are non-transferrable, non-negotiable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is offered in whole or in part and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any part of the offer for an item of equal or greater value due to circumstances outside of the Promoter's control should any element of the offer be unavailable.

 

19. The Promoter will use all reasonable endeavours to take down any marketing communications, once the free offer be exhausted.

Giveaway Offer Redemption

20. Once checked and verified as an eligible and genuine person, the Promoter will send an offer confirmation email to the first 5000 genuine, valid applicants (using the email address submitted in the original entry) confirming that they have qualified for the free giveaway offer.

 

21. The Promoter shall fulfil the giveaway offer within 28 days of the confirming email. Successful applicants must ensure that they are available to receive the delivery. If the applicant is not at the delivery address to receive the item, they will be left a card with information, which will confirm where it has been left if a suitable alternative has been found, when a redelivery will be rescheduled or contact details to arrange for an alternative drop-off time, or to allow the item to be collected from a suitable location

 

22. The Promoter will withdraw the limited offer when it believes the 5000-glass quantity has been reached and will inform potential applicants of the numbers still available via a countdown chart on the App

 

23. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate, if time permits, using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.

General Information

24. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all applications and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award an offer or refuse participation in the promotional giveaway offer and disqualify any applicant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any entry requirements, or otherwise where an applicant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotional offer or claimed using fraudulent means.

 

25. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotional offer.

 

26. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotional offer or the rewarding of the glasses, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotional offer  or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

 

27. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoters control, the App/website may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the App/website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in claiming or any applications delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.

 

28. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:

a.       Any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions.

b.       Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites,           servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.

c.        Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the App or any combination thereof;

        d.       Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be                   related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotional offer.

        e.       Insofar as permitted by law, any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this promotion or taking up an offer,                   unless negligence on the party of the Promoter or those partnered with the promotion is proven

 

29. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

 

30. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to or concerning these Terms.

 

Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the applications where necessary and for no other purpose unless the Promoter has your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications.
