The Coca‑Cola Olympic Games Paris 2024 Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Eligibility: The Coca‑Cola Olympics Games Paris 2024 Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) consists of an Instant Win game (the “Instant Win Game”) and a Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Canada who are 13 years of age or older at the time of Entry/Game Play defined below (“Entrant”). Each Entrant must also have a Coca‑Cola account (each an “Account”) at the time of Entry/Game Play. Any Entrant who is under the legal age of majority in their province/territory (a “Minor”) must have the consent and permission of their parent or legal guardian to enter or play. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and non-employee workers of Coca‑Cola Ltd. (the “Sponsor”), The Coca‑Cola Company, Coca‑Cola bottlers, International Olympic Committee (“IOC”), the International Paralympic Committee (“IPC”), the Paris 2024 Organizing Committee (“OCOG”), , Los Angles Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games 2028 (“LA28”), the Canadian Olympic Committee (“COC”), Canadian Olympic Foundation (“COF”), all participating National Olympic Committees and their individual athletes, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees (the IOC, the IPC, OCOG, , LA28, COC and COF collectively, “Olympic Entities”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), Grey Global Group, and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Promotion (collectively, Sponsor, Coca‑Cola Bottlers, the Olympic Entities, and Administrator are referred to as the “Released Promotion Parties”) and their immediate family (defined for the purposes of these Official Rules as: spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three [3] months out of the year) of each such individuals are not eligible. This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s (and their parent/legal guardian’s on their behalf if the Entrant is a Minor) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. 

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on June 24, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 11, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

3. How to Enter/Play: You will need an Account to participate. Sponsor will use the Account email address and other information for eligibility, notification and/or fulfillment purposes, if you are a winner, so be sure it is accurate and up to date.

THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION:

a. Via Purchase: During the Promotion Period, scan the Quick Response Code (“QR Code”) at participating locations, on participating brand products** [“Participating Brand Products”] or visit https://cokeurl.com/paris24ca (“Website”). Follow the instructions to log into or create an account (“Account”). Once logged in, you will be prompted to scan the QR Code or to scan the barcode (“Barcode”) on the Participating Brand Products, see chart below.

After scanning the QR Code or Barcode, Entrant will receive Instant Win Game Plays (“Game Plays”) and Sweepstakes Entries (“Daily Entries”), based on level of participation, as outlined below.

Scan a Participating Brand Products’ QR Code or Barcode to receive Game Plays and Entries as follows:

• Scan any one Participating Brand Products’ QR Code or Barcode to receive one (1) Game Play and one (1) Daily Entry.
  • For each subsequent scan of that same Participating Brand Product, you will receive one (1) Game Play and one (1) Daily Entry per scan.
• Scan a second Participating Brand Product to receive five (5) Game Plays and one (1) Entry.
  • For each subsequent scan of those same two Participating Brands Products, you will receive one (1) Game Play and one (1) Daily Entry per scan.
• Scan a third Participating Brand Product to receive one (1) Game Play and one (1) Daily Entry per scan.
  • For each subsequent scan of those same three Participating Brands Products, you will receive one (1) Game Play and one (1) Daily Entry per scan.
• Scan a fourth Participating Brand Product to receive one (1) Game Play and one (1) Daily Entry per scan.
  • For each subsequent scan of those same four Participating Brands Products, you will receive one (1) Game Play and one (1) Daily Entry per scan.
• Scan a fifth Participating Brand Product to receive one (1) Game Play and five (5) Daily Entries.
  • For each subsequent scan of any of the five Participating Brand Products, you will receive (1) Game Play and five (5) Daily Entries.

After you scan the fifth Participating Brand Product, you will receive one (1) Game Play and five (5) Daily Entries each day for each Participating Brand Product scanned.

Limit one (1) scan per Participating Brand Product per person per day during the Promotion Period.

BONUS ENTRIES:

• Scan Coca‑Cola Original Taste, Coke Zero Sugar or Diet Coke between 12:00 a.m. ET on 7/8/24 and 11:59 p.m. ET on 07/14/2024 to receive four (4) Bonus Entries. You will receive the four (4) Bonus Entries for your first scan of Coca‑Cola Original Taste, Coke Zero Sugar or Diet Coke during this week. Any subsequent scans of Coca‑Cola Original Taste, Coke Zero Sugar or Diet Coke during this week, you will only receive the one (1) Daily Entry.
• Scan Core Power between 12:00 a.m. ET on 7/15/24 and 11:59 p.m. ET on 7/21/24 to receive four (4) Bonus Entries. You will receive the four (4) Bonus Entries for your first scan of Core Power during this week. Any subsequent scans of Core Power during this week, you will only receive the one (1) Daily Entry.
• Scan smartwater between 12:00 a.m. ET on 7/22/24 and 11:59 p.m. ET on 7/28/24 to receive four (4) Bonus Entries. You will receive the four (4) Bonus Entries for your first scan of smartwater during this week. Any subsequent scans of smartwater during this week, you will only receive the one (1) Daily Entry.
• Scan vitaminwater between 12:00 a.m. ET on 7/29/24 and 11:59 p.m. ET on 8/5/24 to receive four (4) Bonus Entries. You will receive the four (4) Bonus Entries for your first scan of vitaminwater during this week. Any subsequent scans of vitaminwater during this week, you will only receive the one (1) Daily Entry.
• Scan Powerade between 12:00 a.m. ET on 8/6/24 and 11:59 p.m. ET on 8/11/24 to receive four (4) Bonus Entries. You will receive the four (4) Bonus Entries for your first scan of Powerade during this week. Any subsequent scans of Powerade during this week, you will only receive the one (1) Daily Entry.

Daily Entries and Bonus Entries will collectively be referred to herein as (“Entries”). All Entries and Game Plays will be calculated on your own dashboard (“Dashboard”) on the Website where you can play the Instant Win Game and spend Entries.

From 6/24/24 – 7/7/24, the maximum number of Entries that can be received per person per day is nine (9) Entries (as broken out above).

From 7/8/24 – 8/11/24, the maximum number of Entries that can be received per person per day is twenty-nine (29) Entries (as broken out above based on Bonus Entries). 

To play the Instant Win Game, if you have Game Plays available, click the CTA on the Dashboard, results will be displayed as a winning or non-winning message upon completion of the Instant Win Game. Limit one (1) Game Play per person/Account per day.

To spend Entries, if you have Entries to spend, click the CTA on the Dashboard to assign Entries for your choice of any or both of the Sweepstakes prize(s) listed on the Dashboard for each Sweepstakes drawing based on how many Entries you have accumulated.

b. Via Free Online Method for Entry/Game Play:  During the Promotion Period, to enter the Sweepstakes and play the Instant Win Game without scanning a QR code/Barcode, consumers can send an email to any of the following Participating Brand Products’ email addresses in the chart below (based on the limit below). Entrant will receive an email back, containing a link which can be used for Entry/Game Play. Entrant must click on the link, to go to the Website to participate as stated above. Entrant must login or create an Account to enter and play. Entries and Game Plays are based on the same limits as stated above in section 3A. 

All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Sponsor is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game/Sweepstakes.

Message and data rates apply to use of mobile device. You may be charged by your wireless carrier for participating via mobile device. It is therefore recommended that you consult your wireless carrier's pricing plan BEFORE participating via mobile device. Not all mobile devices offer wireless Internet access; and wireless Internet access may not be available in all areas.

Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Account. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries/Game Plays by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Entries/Game Plays and that Entrant may be disqualified. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar Entry/Game Play methods or agents (including, but not limited to, Sweepstakes entry services) will void all Entries/Game Plays by that Entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry/Game Play, the authorized holder of the Account used to enter/play will be deemed to be the Entrant. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being authorized Account holders.

4. Verification: ALL POTENTIAL INSTANT WIN GAME WINNERS AND SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE INSTANT WIN GAME OR SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD SO INDICATE OR EVEN IF ENTRANT RECEIVES AN EMAIL MESSAGE SAYING HE OR SHE WON, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY, AND THE POTENTIAL INSTANT WIN GAME WINNERS AND/OR POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY GAME PLAY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE INSTANT WIN GAME SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE PLAY, IS VOID, AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.

5. Determination and Notification of Sweepstakes Winners: For the Sweepstakes, Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners on or around August 12, 2024 (at their offices in Melville, NY USA) from all eligible Entries received for each prize (2 total Sweepstakes prizes) during the Promotion Period. Potential Sweepstakes winners will be emailed a Declaration of Eligibility and Release of Liability and a Publicity Release, where legal, and must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question (“Declaration”), which they (or their parent/legal guardian if they are a Minor) will be required to sign and return within three (3) days of notification attempt in order to be confirmed as a winner or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected for Sweepstakes Prize. If a winner is a Minor, their parent or legal guardian must accompany them on any travel or to any event. If a potential winner fails to return the completed Declaration within three (3) days, Declaration is returned as undeliverable, Entrant is deemed to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected for a Sweepstakes Prize only. Return of any Sweepstakes notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. In the event that a potential Sweepstakes winner is disqualified for any reason, Administrator will award the prize to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries for that prize, up to 3 alternates.  If the alternate potential winners are disqualified, the prize will not be awarded.  

6. Determination, Verification and Notification of Instant Winners: For the Instant Win Game, there will be 1,050 random, computer-generated winning times during the Promotion Period, listed in Section 8 below (quantities vary). If you are the first player to be served the Instant Win Game at or after one of the randomly generated times, you will be a potential instant winner of a prize, subject to verification.

Administrator will reach out to potential Instant Win Prize winners of physical prizes via email and potential Instant Win Prize winners will be required to complete a form on a website to provide his/her/their mailing addresses, and dates of birth for Instant Win Prize fulfillment (NO P.O. Boxes) and verification, within five (5) days of notification attempt, in order to be confirmed as a winner or Instant Win Prize will be forfeited. Digital Instant Win Prizes will be emailed to the address on file at time of registration, within 2-3 weeks of verification. All Instant Win Prize winners are subject to confirmation, verification of eligibility by Administrator and compliance with these Official Rules in Sponsor’s sole discretion before any Instant Win Prize is awarded. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If, due to an error of any kind, more instant winning messages are delivered to Entrants, or more Instant Win Prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded per section 8 below, the intended number of Instant Win Prizes (as stated in these Official Rules) will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified Game Plays received during the Promotion Period. In no event whatsoever will the Sponsor or any of the Released Promotion Parties be liable for more than the number, type and value of prizes as stated in these Official Rules. Further, the Sponsor and the other Released Promotion Parties assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to Entrants’ or to any other person’s computer or other device relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Promotion. No responsibility or liability is assumed for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize. Instant Win Prizes that are physical prizes will be fulfilled to Entrants’ mailing addresses provided (addressed to parent/legal guardian if they are a Minor) within 4-6 weeks after verification. Return of any Instant Win Prize or email notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and prize will be forfeited. Unclaimed Instant Win Prizes will not be awarded. Once it is confirmed that the prize has been delivered to the winner’s provided address, the Sponsor is no longer responsible for the security of the prize and will be unable to replace the prize in the event it is stolen/damaged.

7. Sweepstakes Prizes/Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”) and Approximate Odds of Winning:

• Parisian Getaway (1): A seven (7)-day/ six (6)-night trip for two (2) to Paris, France. Trip includes hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), roundtrip economy air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home, airport/hotel transfers and CAD$1,000 spending money awarded as a check for winner. ARV: CAD$10,000
• Airline tickets are for travel from major airport in Canada nearest winner's home to the destination city. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Trip must be taken within one (1) year of prize awarded. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If winner is a Minor, his/her guest must be his/her parent or legal guardian. If winner is 18 years of age or older, his/her guest may only be a minor if it is his/her child/ charge. Guest of winner (or winner as a parent/legal guardian on behalf of a minor guest) as applicable, will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. All travelers must have valid travel documents prior to departure [i.e., passport with at least six (6) months validity as of date of departure and Visa]. All travel must be completed on date specified by Sponsor; dates of departure and return are subject to change. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. All details, including exact seat locations (if applicable) and all prize components, will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  Sponsor is not responsible if the event/flight is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed. Tickets/passes may be subject to issuer’s standard rain-check policies and procedures. All expenses, travel, and other costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of winner. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By attending any event or traveling, winner and winner’s guest voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
• Athlete Virtual Meet & Greet (1): Winner will have the opportunity to choose from a list of Sponsor-specified athletes to have a Virtual Meet & Greet with via web conferencing. All details of the Meet & Greet, including date and time are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Athlete selection is not guaranteed and is dependent upon scheduling. ARV: CAD$1,500.

The odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize (“Sweepstakes Prize”) depend on the number of eligible Entries received for each Sweepstakes Prize during the Promotion Period.

8. Instant Win Prizes/ARV and Approximate Odds of Winning:

Unclaimed Instant Win Prizes (“Instant Win Prizes”) will be not be awarded. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the date/time of Game Play, the number of Instant Win Prizes remaining available at the time of Game Play. The number of Instant Win Prizes available to be won will diminish as they are awarded.

All Prizes: Limit One (1) Sweepstakes Prize and one (1) Instant Win Prize, for a total of two (2) prizes per Entrant. Instant Win Prizes and Sweepstakes Prizes will be collectively referred to as (“prizes”). For all prizes there is no substitution, exchange or transfer of prize by any winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component for one of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

9. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes Entrant’s (and their parent or legal guardian’s for any Minor Entrant) consent for Sponsor and its designees to use Entrant’s name, statement, prize information, likeness, city and province/territory of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration.

10. Conditions and Release: By participating, each Entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a Minor) agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator; (b) receive any notices and other communications related to the Promotion electronically, including, but not limited to via email and/or the Website;  (c) release and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties,  and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the Prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Promotion, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to an Entrant’s Entry/Game Play, acceptance or use or misuse of any prize and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of Entry/Game Play; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless Released Promotion Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an Entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or Entrant’s acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.      

11. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes Entrants consent to Sponsor and their agents’ use of Entrant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and province/territory for Promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.

12. Limitations of Liability: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Promotion, Entrants (and their parent/legal guardian on the Entrant’s behalf if the Entrant is a Minor) agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and the Administrator from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or the Website or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion or the Website; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the Website or the processing of Entries/Game Plays; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable email; (f) any defect in a prize or inability to participate in the Promotion or use the Website or use a prize, or (g) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Promotion, the receipt, acceptance, delivery, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Entrant (and their parent/legal guardian on the Entrant’s behalf if the Entrant is a Minor) further agrees that in any cause of action, the Sponsor’s or the Administrator’s liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion and in no event shall the Sponsor or the Administrator be liable for attorneys’ fees. Entrant (and their parent/legal guardian on the Entrant’s behalf if the Entrant is a Minor) waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. If, for any reason, an Entrant’s Entry/Game Play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another Entry/Game Play in this Promotion (time-permitting), if it is possible in the Sponsor’s or the Administrator’s sole discretion. These Official Rules prevail should there be any conflict or uncertainty relating to the Promotion based on information or advice provided by the Sponsor or the Administrator.

13. General Rules: By participating in the Promotion, Entrant (and their parent/legal guardian on the Entrant’s behalf if the Entrant is a Minor) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all matters related to the Promotion. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/phone service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for Entry/Game Play. Entrants associated with potential winning Entries/Game Plays may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the email address assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Entries/Game Plays specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Entries/Game Plays, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules or on the Website, will be disclosed. Sponsor and the other Released Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Entries/Game Plays; or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site/device, or undermine the legitimate operations of the Promotion, is a violation of the criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such Entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such Entrant from the Promotion. In the event the Promotion is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion and award the Instant Win Prizes claimed prior to cancellation and award the Sweepstakes prizes from among all eligible Entries received for each Sweepstakes prize prior to cancellation. Sponsor and the other Released Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Entries/Game Plays. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Entry/Game Play process or the operation of the Promotion or Website; violates these Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. By participation in the Promotion, Entrants and Prize winners (and their parent/legal guardian on their behalf if the Entrant/Prize winner is a Minor) release and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry/Game Play or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize. 

14. Disputes: Entrant (and their parent/legal guardian on the Entrant’s behalf if the Entrant is a Minor) agrees that to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) they release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and all of the other Released Promotion Parties from and all any and all claims; (b) claims arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a municipal or provincial court located in Toronto, Ontario; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in Toronto, Ontario for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than CAD$100, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Promotion Parties in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Toronto, Ontario, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the Province of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Province of Toronto, Ontario. FOR QUEBEC RESIDENTS ONLY: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a Promotion may be submitted to the Régie, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s liability will be limited to the cost of playing and participating in the Promotion and in no event shall the Released Promotion Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees.

15. Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Promotion in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy posted at https://www.coca-cola.com/ca/en/legal/privacy-policy.  The Entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a Minor) agrees to the collection, processing and storage of his/her personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Promotion. Entrant’s information will be transferred to the U.S.
