Nishi Kulshreshtha Chaturvedi is the Vice President of Human Resources for India & Southwest Asia Operating Unit, INSWA OU. She began this assignment in February’2019 and continued her journey as the BU emerged stronger as OU this year.
Nishi anchors the People Function, with a Network Dream Team of Aakratee, Amrita, Geetika, Karan, Mohit, Niharika, Savio, Savijit, & Shalini. The Team strives each day on INSWA People Function Vision :
To Help people be their best selves, as we Build leaders and most-loved Ambassadors for a better shared & sustainable future, Nishi joined the Coca‑Cola System in 2012, in Human Resources function of India BIG - Hindustan Coca‑Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd (HCCB); she then moved on to lead the Human & Workplace Rights across multiple KO geographies including INSWA, Middle East & Turkey. She provided Strategic HR support with focus on execution of people strategy, talent development, mentoring and change management. She has been recognized for developing localized strategies, proactive risk mapping, capability building for suppliers & bottlers, process simplification and predictive insights.
Nishi has more than 2 decades of work experience in Human Resources across FMCG, Healthcare, Oil & Gas and Energy sectors working with global organizations like Schneider Electric, Cairn Energy, Baxter Healthcare & PepsiCo prior to Coca‑Cola. She is passionate about DEI & Women in Leadership – and has led various Women Leadership Development & mentoring initiatives across the organizations.
She is a graduate in Economics & English Literature and a post-graduate in Business Management (MBA in Human Resources). Her innate curiosity ensures continued learning and development - the latest being Hogan Certification & Advanced Human Resources Executive Program from Michigan University.
Nishi is married to Lalit for the last 25 years, and they are proud parents of a 21-year-old daughter – Gaurika, who is currently perusing Media Studies at the University of Amsterdam. She is a dog person and actively supports the education of the under-privileged girls. Trekking and practicing silences is her mantra of wellbeing!
