TERMS & CONDITIONS – ‘Notes of Kindness’
- You must be aged 15 years or older to participate.
- Promotion runs from 12.01am AEDST on 9 December 2024 to 11.59pm AEDST on 15 December 2024. (the Promotion Period).
- To enter the promotion, participants need to scan the QR code or enter a URL shown on the Emporium Digital Large format Out of Home display and fill out the form, including their Note of Kindness and a preferred time window to display their submission. All messages will go through a screening process before being deemed valid. For a participant to be eligible to have their Note of Kindness displayed on the Emporium billboard, their submission must:
a. Adhere to the Notes of Kindness campaign guidelines
b. be submitted before the submission cut-off of 11.30am AEDST on 13 December 2024. - Once messages have been reviewed, participants will receive an email communicating the status of the submission.
a. Participants who submit approved notes will then be sent a confirmation email with a time and date when their note will appear on the Emporium Digital Large format Out of Home display
b. Participants who submit notes that are rejected will be notified and invited to re-submit an amended note that complied with the campaign guidelines - Once a participants Note of Kindness has displayed on the Emporium Digital Large format Out of Home display as scheduled they will be emailed an image of their message being displayed.
- NB: There is a quota on the number of valid messages that can be displayed during each pre-determined submission window. We cannot guarantee a valid Note of Kindness requested during the event will be displayed during the pre-selected preferred time window.
- After the promotion has closed and a user sends a Note of Kindness, they will receive a reply email informing them that the promotion is closed.
- When a participant completes the process above they authorise Coca‑Cola South Pacific Pty Ltd to create a picture of the Note of Kindness sign with that message.
- We will not produce a note that is illegal, obscene, derogatory, threatening, violent, scandalous, inflammatory, discriminatory (on any grounds), or would give rise to or encourage conduct which is inappropriate or illegal or which is otherwise unfit to be printed. - We won’t produce a Note of Kindness which is a 3rd party’s intellectual property or use a name that is clearly not yours, such as a celebrity’s name.
- We are giving you the picture for your own personal use. The picture is not provided for any form of commercial use, whatsoever. No recipient may sell the picture. No recipient is granted rights in any of the intellectual property of the picture, including the rendering of the Notes of Kindness. Just enjoy it privately.
- We accept no liability at all for any loss (including claims, damages, injury, costs or expenses) which is suffered by you or anyone else for any reason in connection with this promotion, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- If you do not comply with these conditions, we may take any items from you that you have created in breach of these conditions, and otherwise take action to protect our rights in our intellectual property and products.
- For every approved Note of Kindness that is approved, Coca‑Cola South Pacific will donate one meal to the value of $10 to The Salvation Army to a maximum of 10,000 meals.
