12.01am (AEST) on 23/04/2025 to 11.59pm (AEST) on 30/06/2025.
 

Who can enter?

Only Australian residents who are aged 15 years or over. If you are under 18, you must get approval from your parent/guardian before you enter and if you will be under 18 on the date the prize is awarded, it will be awarded to your parent or guardian. By approving your participation or by accepting any prize on your behalf, your parent or guardian accepts these terms and conditions.

Please ensure the Ts&Cs are provided to the parent or guardian.

Who can't enter?

Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of:

(a) the Promoter; and

(b) the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this competition.

Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
 

Where will the competition run?

The competition will run in the following participating retail/grocery stores (including online) which are displaying promotional material in Australia: ·

• Woolworths Supermarkets, Woolworths Metro or via Woolworths Online at www.woolworths.com.au& MILKRUN www.milkrun.com (excluding Big W, Ampol Woolworths MetroGo, Metro 60, Everyday Market by Woolworths and Caltex Woolworths/EG Australia) (Woolworths Store);
• Coles Supermarkets (excluding Reddy Express) or via Coles Online at www.coles.com.au (Coles Store); and
• Independent Grocery Stores including but not limited to IGA, Foodland, Drakes, Romeos, Spud Shed, Ritchies, Cornetts, Peries, Khams, Champions, Red Drops, Foodworks, Spar, Tasmanian Independent Retailers (and their online stores) (Independent Store),

(together, the Store Groups).

Purchases made via third party delivery services (e.g. UberEats, Doordash) will not be accepted.

Qualifying Purchase

Any of the following Mount Franklin Lightly Sparkling product, as follows:

• 10x 375ml Mount Franklin Lightly Sparkling pack;
• 6x 250ml Mount Franklin Lightly Sparkling pack; or
• 1x 1.25L Mount Franklin Lightly Sparkling.

For Qualifying Purchases from Woolworths Stores:

If your Qualifying Purchase is from a Woolworths Store or MILKRUN online(as submitted in your entry form), you will have a chance to win a weekly draw prize and you will also receive an entry into the Woolworths major prize draw for a chance to win a Woolworths major prize. For clarity, purchases made from Big W, Ampol Woolworths MetroGo, Metro 60, Everyday Market by Woolworths or a Caltex Woolworths/EG Australia store will not qualify for an entry into the Woolworths prize draw.

For Qualifying Purchases from Coles Stores:

If your Qualifying Purchase is from a Coles Store) (as submitted in your entry form), you will have the chance to win a weekly draw prize and you will also receive an entry into the Coles Store prize draw for a chance to win a Coles major prize.

For Qualifying Purchases from Independent Stores:

If your Qualifying Purchase is from an Independent Store, you will have the chance to win a weekly draw prize and you will also receive an entry into the Independent major prize draw for a chance to win an Independent major prize

Entry instructions

To enter, you must, during the Competition Period:

(a) make a Qualifying Purchase from the relevant Store Group and collect your itemised purchase receipt; and

(b) visit the Website, locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form, including by uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt, and providing all other requested information.

Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period (as relevant to the Store Group from where you made your purchase) before you submitted your entry).

The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry, including having the requisite photograph capability.

How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen?

There will be 2,015 winners determined in respect of this competition – 2,000 minor winners (200 weekly winners) and 15 major winners (5 major winners per Store Group). 

There will be 13 draws conducted, 10 weekly prize draws and 3 major prize draws. 

All draws will be held at Handling Matters, Unit 40/1-5 Thew Parade, Cromer NSW 2099 (Handling Matters) as follows:

Weekly draws:

There will be a total of 10 weekly draws.

There will be a draw conducted in respect of each week, or longer period, of the Competition Period, as set out in the table below (each a Competition Week).

The first 200 valid entries drawn randomly in each weekly draw from the entries received during the relevant Competition Week as set out in the table below (excluding previous winning entries) will each win a minor prize. 

The draw for each Competition Week will take place at 12pm (AEST) at Handling Matters as follows in the table below.

If, on the date of a weekly draw, no entries have been received, the prize/s will carry over to the next weekly draw date on which the Promoter has received enough entries to award some or all of the prizes.

Entries received in respect of each weekly draw will not roll over to subsequent weekly draws.

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a weekly draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid (Weekly Prize Reserve Entrants).

Major prize draws:

There will be 3 major prize draws conducted – 1 per Store Group.

Each major prize draw will commence from 12pm (AEST) on 09/07/2025 at Handing Matters.

The first 5 valid entries drawn randomly in each major prize draw for the relevant Store Group from all the entries received during the Competition Period (for that Store Group) will each win a major prize. 

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a major prize draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a major prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants). 

What can I win?

There are 2,015 prizes available – 2,000 minor prizes (being 200 weekly prizes) and 15 major prizes (5 major prizes per Store Group).

Minor prizes (determined via the weekly draws)

Each minor prize is an Event Cinema e-Voucher (Single, Standard Admission) valued at $27.

Event Cinema e-Vouchers can be used in Village Cinema locations across Australia as available.

This eVoucher will expire on 02/07/2026. This eVoucher entitles the holder to 1x Adult or Student admission to any Original session at Event Cinemas, BCC, Greater Union or select Village Cinemas. Not valid for use at Moonlight Cinemas or Skyline Drive In. This eVoucher cannot be redeemed for Gold Class, Premium Seating concepts, 4DX, ScreenX, IMAX, Boutique, Event Junior, Movie Marathons, Chicks At The Flicks, group bookings or any sessions classified as festivals, alternate content or special events. Surcharges apply for recliner seating. Use your admission barcode to book online at eventcinemas.com.au or villagecinemas.com.au (booking fees apply), or present your admission vouchers in cinema. Surcharges apply to upgrade to V-Max, 3D screenings or Recliner seating and must be paid at the time of redeeming the eVoucher. 3D glasses sold separately. Seating is subject to availability. Major prizes (determined via the major prize draws)

Each major prize is a Staycation Package for the winner and one adult companion valued at up to $3,190 that includes the following:

• 2x nights’ accommodation at any Accor hotel (minimum 4 star hotel) in the winner’s state/territory of residence (as chosen by the winner, subject to the additional major prize terms and conditions below) for two (twin room, breakfast included);
• $200 restaurant voucher (for a restaurant to be determined by the Promoter), awarded to the winner only;
• $1,000 spending money, awarded to the winner’s AU bank account; and
• 2x Gold Class movie e-vouchers.

If you win a major prize, no flight, travel or other transfer costs are included to or from the location of your chosen accommodation in your state/territory of residence.  You and your companion must make your own way to and from the chosen accommodation at your own cost.

If you win a major prize and you do not live within a 5 hour radius (by road transport) from any Accor Hotel, an alternative prize may be offered at the reasonable discretion of the Promoter.

• If you win a major prize, and you will be under 18 (a Minor) on the date the prize is awarded, the prize will be awarded to your parent or guardian. The parent or legal guardian must be the companion for the Minor when taking the major prize.  The parent or legal guardian is responsible for the Minor and must accompany the Minor at all times, including when the Minor takes part in the major prize.
• Block out periods include all Australian School & Public Holidays along with all other special event periods.
• 2025 Block out dates include but are not limited to: 7th – 18th July, 29th September – 10th October, 22nd December – 31st December.
• 2026 Block out dates include but are not limited to: 1st January – 9th February, 30th March – 27th April, 8th June, 4th – 19th July, 26th September – 11th October, 21st December – 31st December.
• All bookings must be made a minimum of 60 days in advance of requested booking dates. All bookings and documentation regarding the major prize must be made via Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd or their agents. Redeeming the major prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd. No portion of the major prize is redeemable for cash. The major prize is non-refundable or transferable. Winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by suppliers for any changes made by winner/their companion after booking is confirmed and ticketed. Winner is responsible for any additional taxes and/or resort fees associated with the chosen accommodation, unless otherwise stated. Any additional spending money, meals (other than those included) and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the major prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of the winner and their nominated traveling companion as incurred. It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the accommodation.

Major prizes are subject to any applicable law or guidelines including in relation to a pandemic, any travel/government restrictions/directives, border closures, health advice and the like.

By accepting or participating in any major prize, any companion accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Gold Class eVoucher Terms and Conditions:

This eVoucher will expire on 09/07/2026. This eVoucher entitles the holder to 1x standard Gold Class admission to any session at Event Cinemas or Village Cinemas Gold Class cinema locations. Not valid for use at Moonlight Cinemas or Skyline Drive In. Not valid for use in ACT. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times and will not be served alcohol. This eVoucher cannot be redeemed for Original sessions at Event Cinemas, standard sessions at Village Cinemas, Premium Seating concepts, 4DX, ScreenX, IMAX, Boutique, Event Junior, Movie Marathons, Chicks At The Flicks, group bookings or any sessions classified as festivals, alternate content or special events including but not limited to foreign films. Do not share or disclose the barcode or PIN details to ensure your eVoucher remains secure. Once the barcode has been used it becomes void. Barcodes cannot be used more than once. No refunds, other than those required by law, will be given after the date of purchase. No change given. eVouchers will be void and will not be redeemable if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way, or if the eVoucher barcode is illegible. Total prize pool

The minor prize pool is $54,000. 

The major prize pool is $47,850.

The overall total prize pool is $101,850.

How many times can I enter?

You can enter multiple times (and across different Store Groups), up to 3 times per person per day throughout the Competition Period, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase receipt. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 

How and when will the winner/s be informed?

All minor prize winners will be notified via email to the email address associated with their entry within 3 business days of determination.

Major prize winners will be notified by phone and in writing by email within 5 business days of determination and will also have their first name initial, last name and postcode published on the Website on 16/07/2025 for a period of 28 days. 

Proof of purchase

You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all entries:

• original itemised purchase receipt(s).

If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize. 

Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry. 

If, in the Promoter's opinion based on the available information, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize. 

Unclaimed prize/s

Minor prizes

Any un-won minor prizes that remain at the end of the Competition Period will be included in the Unclaimed Prize Draw described below.

Major prize claim date: By 5pm (AEST) on 18/08/2025. 

Unclaimed prize determination: 12pm (AEST) 19/08/2025 at Handling Matters.

If a  prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a prize winner (or a prize winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will either re-award the relevant prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out an unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the prize/s amongst valid entrants who (if possible) have not already won an unclaimed prize.  Any such winner/s will be informed by phone and in writing by email within 5 business days of determination and if they are a major prize winner will also have their first name initial, last name and postcode published on the Website on 22/08/2025 for a period of 28 days.

If any prize remains un-won at the end of this competition, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on 19/09/2025.

Collection and use of your personal information

If you are a winner, you and your companion (if applicable) must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation.  You/your companion consent to the Promoter using your names and images in any promotional or advertising activity.

The Promoter may collect your/your companion’s (if applicable) personal information directly or through the Promoter's agents or contractors.  The Promoter will use your/your companion’s personal information to conduct and manage the promotion. The Promoter may disclose your/your companion’s personal information to the Promoter's related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this promotion, communicating with you/your companion or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in places such as New Zealand and Singapore.

If you have marked the “opt-in” box on the entry form, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Promoter includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends you that you may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth). By entering, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this promotion.

(a) how to seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek correction of the information; and

(b) how to complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint.

1 These Terms and Conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined in the table above.  Information about prizes and how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.  By entering, you accept these Terms and Conditions.  
 

Entry

2 Your entry must be received during the Competition Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter.  If you return a Qualifying Purchase your entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion (unless the product is defective). You will receive a return message confirming your entry.  The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks outside its reasonable control.  You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering.  If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified. 
 

Prizes

3 Prizes and all elements of prizes must be taken as specified, as and when offered and cannot be altered or changed in any way by you or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable.  If you forfeit the prize or any element of the prize for whatever reason, you will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute. Prize/s are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter, including, as relevant:

(a) validity period/s;

(b) booking and availability of accommodation and events;

(c) conditions of travel and conditions of entry into any event venues (including behaviour requirements, health and safety requirements and applicable dress codes);

(d) conditions of ticket validity and any restrictions on ticket on-sale or transfer;

(e) any additional fees (payable by you) relating to changes made by you/your companion to a travel/event prize after it has been booked;

(f) a requirement to present your credit card when checking in to accommodation; and

(g) a requirement that any person taking the prize that is aged under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parent or guardian at all times.

4 You/your companion/s are responsible for all other unspecified costs related to the prize, including meals, transport, insurance (including excesses), in-room charges, additional taxes,  etc.  The Promoter does not control entry to the relevant event location. The winner/s must keep their tickets safe and the Promoter will not replace lost or stolen tickets.

5 The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share a prize.

6 Where relevant, the Promoter accepts no responsibility if one or more of the events or activities awarded as part of the prize are abandoned, called off or postponed for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.  In that case you/your companion/s forfeit your entitlement to that event/activity and the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.  
 

General

7 Any material failure by you or (if applicable) your companion/s to comply with the conditions imposed by the prize supplier(s) may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter or the prize supplier(s).

8 For event-based/travel prizes, you and (if applicable) your companion/s accept that some aspects of the prize may be inherently risky and that the prize may involve dangerous activities. 

9 You/your companion/s must, if required by the Promoter, sign disclaimer and release forms provided by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and other parties before taking the prize.  If you or any companion/s do not sign, your entry will be deemed invalid and you will lose any entitlement to a prize.

10 If you or your entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions materially your entry (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded.  The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction the validity of your entries and/or verifying your identity (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment).  Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.

11 You must not:

(a) tamper with the entry process (including but not limited to manipulating the system via bots, script use, or any other means to circumvent the entry process);

(b) engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition;

(c) act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;

(d) do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition;

(e) breach any law; or

(f) behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.

12 If companion/s can take the prize with you, you are responsible for your companion/s and the Promoter may disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, you or any or all of your companion/s if they materially breach these conditions, whether or not legally bound by them.

13 If you (or your companion/s, if applicable), in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter (and/or a medical professional, as relevant to the circumstances), are intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or any other drug, behave aggressively or offensively, or behave in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or the agencies or companies associated with this competition, is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate, the Promoter may cancel the prize or restrict you (and your companion/s) from participating in any elements of the prize, at its discretion.

14 The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, including failure of any third parties to forward entry forms for inclusion in the draw, where relevant.

15 If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this competition or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time.  In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this competition is final.

16 Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash.  Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement.  The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST.  The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value.  You agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.

17 By entering, you request that your full address not be published.

18 If this competition cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control (for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, government directives, a pandemic, public health orders and the like), the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the competition or disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.

19 The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize.  You should seek independent financial advice.  If for GST purposes this competition results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.

Liability

20 You may have consumer rights under statute including under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which may be relevant to any issue or problem you encounter in relation to this competition and cannot be excluded or restricted.  Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts those rights.  See www.accc.gov.au for more information about those rights.

21 Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this competition or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).   

22 Without limiting the previous paragraphs, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of prize/s, or for any damage that occurs to displayed prize/s (where relevant), due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.  Unless otherwise specified, prize/s will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.

23 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.  You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform.  You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.
